We have had vast amounts of good zucchini in Rome. The zucchini in the glass case of L'Alimentari was the best of all. You can guess what high quality natural zucchini, and Rome's outstanding fresh lemons could do with each other. You can guess that fresh mint is a perfect flavor to put with those two. The surprise kicker is that the zucchini is beautifully charred. So you get the taste of the grill along with the taste of the other flavors.
