I had suffered a wrist injury that left me unable to properly use my hand for months, which affected my ability to work and led me to experience depression for the first time in my life. I had never gone to therapy before and was genuinely looking for help and support. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what I expected. My first session lasted around 30 minutes due to a time zone scheduling issue, yet I was still charged about $100 for that visit. The second session also did not provide much meaningful guidance, and overall it felt like I paid a significant amount of money just to have very basic conversation without real support. After insurance processed the claims, I was charged nearly $150 in total. As someone who has been financially limited due to months of injury and reduced ability to work, seeing that money withdrawn from my account was extremely stressful. I reached out to explain my situation and ask if there was any flexibility or consideration given the circumstances, but the responses I received simply redirected me back to my insurance company without addressing the concerns about the experience itself. Seeking help for mental health should not leave someone feeling financially stressed and unheard. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I was given a phone call by the practice letting me know I wouldn't be able to see him anymore but that I could see the nurse, who was only available on the two days of the week that I am unavailable. So I requested a refill on my medication until a time when I could potentially schedule with a new practitioner or over Thanksgiving Break when I would be able to come in and see the nurse since there would be no class. I never heard back. The practice called me back 4 weeks later with the same information, apparently having forgotten about our first conversation. They said they would not refill my medication and that they would do nothing for me except let me see the nurse who still was only available the two days of the week I could not come in. I am very disappointed in how things were handled by this practice and the lack of notice concerning their patients. I would not recommend using this practice.

I was impressed with their professionalism and how genuinely interested they were in learning about the kiddos and the concerns I have. They never once made me feel judged and as a mom of 4 that was appreciated. The facility is impressive and the kiddos seemed excited about all the cool stuff they have. I can't give 5 stars because I am still waiting to hear back from them on starting the play therapy for my kiddos. Once I hear back and the kids start I'll be back to update on how effective the therapists are and how the kids are responding.

She went as far to lie in written court letters to the judge about me. Once the evidence of these lies was presented, the judge ultimately ordered our child to see someone else. Her behavior not only was extremely unprofessional, it failed to uphold her duty to look out for the best interest of her patient, our child. Taking sides in a divorce is not the role of a counselor and this behavior will hopefully result in disciplinary action from the state licensing board.

I was less than impressed. It is a small operation with a small office and no front desk. Their billing practices are shady. You won't get a receipt for a visit unless you ask, and even then it's just a word document saying you were charged said amount for so many minutes. They will not tell you how much a visit will be beforehand, they say that it depends on the insurance. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but charging patients different amounts based on their insurance is illegal. They charged the same amount for a 20 min check-in as they did for an hour visit. I ended up walking into a legitimate psychiatry office to ask them if my experience was normal. Not only was the billing method not normal, I was also being charged twice as much as the other psychiatry office.
