They need to provide better directions when you call since when I arrived in the lot - I saw a huge sign that says Aesthetica, but the actual door to enter is around the corner from the sign. I actually had to call them since I couldn't find the entrance. Once you find the spot, it is really nice. Definitely feels like an upscale spa. I also wish they'd told me to arrive early since there was about 10 minutes of paperwork to complete. The staff was nice. Joanne did my facial and it came with some type of special hand treatment. My pores are usually really clogged, so I'm not sure I felt that there was enough time spent on extractions. I also thought I'd receive an exfoliating mask, but it seemed like a more general cleansing mask. Overall, I think the facial was good and as a first time customer I received a 15% discount. They also have a nice bag of samples. I'll try them once more before making the decision to continue there or continue my search.

When I asked to speak with a Manager when she got caught in a lie, she placed me on hold for well over 10 minutes. I then tried calling back and noone answered the phone. Instead I got a text that someone would call me back. Noone did. The sad part is these young people represent the doctor and then they wonder why they are losing business. The treatment given didn't even work for my daughter but I was still trying g to do the right thing and pay the difference for the service. I guess they don't need the money.

Like many others I've met, I am a victim of 90's Drew Barrymore over plucked brows that never grew back in. I've tried every brow product on the market and they're all going in the trash. I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.
