I have been eating here 15 years. Love love love this place! I usually order a ham and mushroom or sausage peppers and onions sicilian when I get delivery. The subs are great and their giant slices! Two bad experiences back to back. I order delivery from this place often, the last two times have been disappointing. Last time, I didn't have my food for over 2 hours because they "forgot to enter the order". This time, only half of my order showed up, so the delivery driver had to go all the way back and wait for a pizza to be made.. Then while I'm waiting that half hour for my pie, my wife found a staple in her salad. I called the store and asked how they'd make it right and they said they could give me $5 off the next time I ordered.. The owner or manager or whoever, I could hear in the background, refused to come to the phone. Since we've moved in the area, its always a struggle to get acclimated with your local restaurant scene. Luckily we found Gina's on Yelp. The young lady is always courteous when you call, they even have that POS system that recognizes your number when you call! I'm happy for the little things--now on to the food: The four cheese pizza is the effin best! Trust a girl from Queens, its legit. The garlic knots are the best in the area hands down. Okay first the negative. Order for 20 pizzas was 34 minutes late, person at shop tried to blame on traffic but GPS never strayed from 7 minute trip (1 mile). I decided to call Gina's to place an order for delivery at 10:25pm. Was told that there was no delivery available at that time when stated on the front of the menu open from 11 am to 11 pm. I suggest to everyone that is a current customer to them. Don't bother to call for delivery anymore after 10pm, seem like they don't care to or don't want any customers after 10 pm. Order the red sicilian pie! Gobs of cheese and sauce on top of delicious dough that's practically thick enough to be a loaf of bread. 17 bucks and I have my lunch for the entire week. Delicious! I decided to take a chance on this place after reading reviews. I normally get from Arlington Pizza but wanted to try something new and I was very happy with the result. I got the wings which came with three garlic bread sticks and a small cheese pizza. The wings were really good and the blue cheese was actually cold, this usually never happens when I get pizza. The pizza was really good. The sauce tasted great and the cheese was good quality. The only two "complaints", which I wouldn't even call complaints are that they didn't follow the instructions I wrote for the wings but I didn't care because they tasted really good. And that the crust wasn't crispy but I didn't mind that either because the pizza tasted great. Soo, I'm just nitpicking. Overall, it was great and I will be ordering from here from now on. read more

I ordered my food at 6:30pm, didn't arrive until 7:50pm on a Monday night, so over an hour to even get my food delivered ( which was ice cold) on top of it when I ordered I told the woman I was paying card and had a coupon and she just informed me to pay with the delivery driver which I thought was odd. I can't say enough good things about Gina's. I might never make chicken soup again because their's tastes so home-made. I had a frustrating experience at this place. First of all the lady at the register was so rude! I placed an order right in front of her a small pie and a chicken Caesar wrap. Ok so when it came down to pay I paid everything. The food took forever to get done once I asked her how much longer it would take and I told her what I ordered she told me I didn't order a chicken Caesar wrap. I told her I did and she tells me with an attitude " no you didn't and if you did we didn't charge you". Pizza here is pretty good. We always get the extra large cheese pizza. I usually heat my slice a little more on the oven rack to get it crisp a little more on the bottom for a nice crunchy bite. I usually order this when there's company over or when it's family dinner night. read more

Not the best nor the worst pizza I've ever had. I have my favorite pizza spots but I was being a home body, couch bum this night and decided I'd try a new place that was closer to home. It was a huge pie, the sauce was a little bland for my taste and it seemed the pie itself could of used a little more time in the oven. Overall it was just your average pie from your local pizza place. If I had to, I'd probably order again from them. But if I'm not being lazy I'd simply get up and drive to one of my favorite places. Largest pizza around town.. its huge! The slices must of broken a world record! I've been coming here since i was 7 years old and I still remember being shocked at the size of the pizza then and now it seems as though they've made it larger. If cheap is all you care about, then you should go here. If you want consistent quality and good service from an owner who cares--absolutely do not go here. There should be an option for ZERO stars. My family and I have been coming to Gina's for a long time, but tonight was the last time I will ever come back. We always come for the two slice special. Why? Partly (very partly) because of the price, but mainly for the quality and experience. The last several times we've come, we've noticed the pizza is vastly different every time. Sometimes big, sometimes half as big, sometimes right amount of cheese, a lot of times hardly any cheese. In the same sitting with four people, you'll find the slice size and quality is all over the place--literally some slices half as big as the others, with half as much cheese. Tonight, I decided to bring it up to the owner. When you buy a product, it's good to know you're going to get the same thing every time. Especially when they continue to charge you the same price every time. When I suggested they work on their consistency, the owner was incredibly rude and said if you don't like what I have to serve, "get out!" "Where else can you find a cheaper pizza." Mr. Owner, that's not my point. I don't really care if you have the cheapest pizza in town. I'm asking that you be consistent with your product, quality and experience--especially since you charge me the same price every time. If you're going to give me a $.99 experience, at least tell me you're giving me that and don't charge me more than $.99. This isn't about affordability--it's about consistency. Next time I want a .$30 experience, believe me, I'll go to the .$30 store. If you don't care about consistent quality and just want some good, big, cheap pizza, that probably won't be the same way when you go back the second, third or fourth time, even though you'll still be charged the same price--then go for it.
