But horrible service . came in with family , my wife while placing order was being corrected by some other guy behind the counter on what she was saying . "Gyro" is what she said . guy was saying something nowhere near that. Then after placing order we proceeded to take our seats. 25 minutes roll by and nothing . One of the girls from behind the counter came by after dropping someone's order off who was there way after us and asks us was everything ok? we told her the length of time we were waiting and she wrote down our order to see what happened. she excuses herself and comes back a few minutes later with our stuff . While we're preparing to eat our order , the original order taker comes to the table and says verbatim " you guys cannot drink your drink here . " 2L Diet Coke" and he walks away. We were confused as to why he said that as it is something we purchased at their establishment. Luckily we also had a few canned sodas which were also the wrong type when we initially placed the order. my wife goes ahead and takes one of the sodas and asks to switch it for the correct one. The girl who helped us was going to give us cups but the guy was right next to her so my wife told her no as to not get her in trouble. Food arrived cold and wrong. Gyro was supposed to be a chicken one. ended up with the lamb. Short to say this will be the last time we come to this place . Came with my family because of convenience but left with pure disappointment and dissatisfaction. and for those wondering the order was as follow. BEWARE!! They have a sign that reads, "3% will be added to every digital transaction". Including debit cards. I told the counter girl it's illegal in the US to add surcharges to debit cards. They still did. Imagine how much money this place has gotten illegally "theft" by charging debit cards. read more

But for the past 3 weeks when we call to place our order girl that picks up has a problem with our address like does she not understand what we are saying if your going to have someone taking orders over the phone they should at least be bilingual I'm not trying to be rude but if you can not understand what I am saying over the phone then you should not be taking anyone's order. Wife and I came in here last night on our way to State Fair. I was craving a slice of Pizza, and since they are next to each other, why not. I will say that they went really overboard with covid. They socially distanced tables. Tables that they could not move are taped off. They also installed counter to ceiling plexiglass, with just a small hole to pass pizza through. Inside is a very very old school pizzeria! I miss these places. Many pizzerias are trying to go hip and or reinvent the wheel with décor, but they stayed true! Old school tables built into the ground! I got a plain slice, my wife got sausage slice. We also both got drinks. I love the cheese and the sauce, but the bread is more meh. I love the fact that the oil dripped out the back of the slice!!!!! I really miss that. Really bringing me back to my childhood pizza that I remember. The dough was on the harder side, and was a little bland. I know that they have been here for years, and they probably have regulars, but the dough wasn't for me. All in all, a cure old school pizzeria, if you are in that parking lot, and want a quick snack, its manageable. If you are looking for a great slice, go elsewhere. read more

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw one of the chefs open the open and stick his fingers (literally all five fingers" throughout our cheese with no glove. There was 10 people behind the counter, working in the kitchen, and one of them actually opened up the oven to move around and spread the cheese on my pizza with his bare fingers. As someone who works in the food and catering industry I had to speak up and the manager did not solve this issue for me in regards to either making another pizza or a refund. I went on 1/19 around 3:15pm and I had a slice of cheese pizza and my girls nephew had the other after we picked him at the day care next door and I have to say I was surprised how good the slice was. It was crispy and delicious. Now this was eat in so I don't know how good they are in terms of delivery and if it arrives hot but if you eat in and slices come out like mine. Went here off recommendation by a coworker. Frankly there are way too many delicious pizza places in the area for this to have been so sub par (la sicilia and Michaels just to name a few). I ordered a pie half plain and half white. Nothing to write home about. I also got Penne vodka wiyh chicken and the vodka sauce could have used a little more oomph. It did come with your standard side salad which was good but I mean just your typical side salad with some balsamic dressing. Interestingly it came with these garlicy breadsticks which were good but I only tasted it as I was already carb over loading. Garlic knots weren't bad. Around 50 minutes or longer for delivery around 5 o'clock on a Sunday which I felt was overkill. Pricing was average. Bottom line, there are more flavorful places in the area so I don't think I would order again but nothing "bad" per se besides the time for delivery. read more

I came with my family to eat. We normally order from here once a week. This time we decided to eat at the pizzeria. We ordered a pie and 2 liter soda. As I was about to pay I was told that I can't buy 2 liter soda to stay. I was told I had buy can soda instead. I told him there four of us. A 2 liter brings more soda then 4 cans. It's also cheaper. This place is super rude !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! I just placed a call for delivery and after several times I have ordered from them , they tell me now that they don't deliver to my area. What makes it worse is the man told me they deliver to bloomfield but they only go to broad street in bloomfield ( i live two blocks down from broad st and I explained this to the man ) . I have put up with them being late with deliveries and getting my order wrong with no complaints. The food is great but the service is aweful and then to get this reaction . The man continued to state that if I was ordering at least 50$ worth of food he would send the delivery to me. What is that all about ?! 50$ for going two blocks away from where they normally deliver . This is by far the worst I have ever experienced with customer service .
