Met up with some friends for coffee. It's a cute little spot--half coffee shop, half specialty olive oil and vinegar store (which we didn't have time to explore, but I'm definitely curious for next time). I went with the mimosa flight and picked mango, peach, pomegranate, and strawberry. They were tasty enough, but none of the flavors were particularly bold--pomegranate was the standout. The mango and pomegranate had Tajin on the rim, which I loved. We split the savory crepe--sausage, egg, potatoes, and "green chile." It was huge, but honestly pretty bland. Same goes for the salsa. The green chile tasted like the canned kind, which is a letdown considering we're in the Southwest. Only coffee we tried was a regular black coffee. It was fine. Nothing exciting. The patio was lovely, totally shaded, though I did end up in the sun for a bit. All in all, it was just OK. I'd give it another shot, mostly because the place itself is cute and the menu has potential--but I'm not in a rush. 3.5/5. read more

Stopped by here when we were driving by. Placed our coffee orders and waited for the longest time ever for 2 cups of coffee. I say we waited at least 30 mins. Luckily, there's other things to see and try - the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with different infusions. I wish we had more time to lounge and hang out but we were in a hurry to get our coffee and carry on with our very long drive ahead. So, we were quite disappointed with the very slow service. The coffee I got was also very bland. I got the large caffe latte and hubby got the caramel macchiato. He said his drink was just ok. The ambiance is amazing and the other items they sell are probably great. But the coffee... I don't recommend. read more

I love all the renovations they've done at Ginaveve's! It's a lovely spot to get a coffee with a friend or get a few souvenirs from their shop. One of my favorite things about their store is the selection of infused olive oils and vinegars, as well as all the free samples. The food is nice for a coffee shop, I've tried their avocado toast and their breakfast sandwich. Their oatmeal is pretty dry and overpriced in my opinion, but that is my only complaint. The ambiance is relaxing and the music isn't too loud or distracting. I like how they decorate the place for the season, that adds a nice touch. read more

I'm a working photographer and discovered this gem on Yelp! prior to my visit to Safford, Arizona. Dropped in for lunch, air conditioning, and free wifi. This place is amazing! Upon entering I was immediately smitten with the architecture and customer experience, including the same brickwork I was surprised to see in local homes as I wandered through town, well-worn hardware floors that would tell quite a history if they could talk, nostalgic black and white photographs of old town Safford, and the most amazing selection of locally made olive oil and assorted sundries. I ordered an Arizona panini and a large iced Americano. The panini was a bit smaller than I expected, but it more than made up for that in the freshness of the ingredients and the remarkable southwestern taste. The Americano was perfect, well-pulled espresso shots, not too strong nor too weak. If you're searching for an excellent coffee, this is your place! While I'm sitting here writing this review, uploading RAW photos to my editor, and saving an incredible Americano, my eyes are happily wandering over the items for sale, placed tastefully throughout the store allowing for casual shopping without pressure. I'll take home a bottle of sun dried tomato olive oil, if they have it, and perhaps an assortment of The Naked Bee bath products for my wife. Next time I have the opportunity to revisit Safford, Main Street Bean and Ginaveve's Market Place will be a must see on my itinerary! read more

This place is great! They make as good as a panini sandwich as I have had in awhile. So good that I ate there two days in a row on this latest trip to Safford. The green tea had a great taste. The decor and the tchotchkes available for purchase were all interesting. Fast and friendly service from the ladies working too. Sweet little spot to sip a well prepared coffee and people-watch the streets of Safford, AZ. Excellent baristas here. They know how to pull an excellent espresso. The kitchen shop at the back is fun to browse, with olive oil and balsamic vinegars to sample before purchasing, and has some interesting gifts. Our always must stop in Safford. read more

Stayed overnight at a hotel n Safford. Wanted a good coffee and breakfast. Panini was great and so was the coffee. Beautiful old building with great reno! Picked up a little gift in the shop on the way to a wedding in NM. Gini, the owner, so graciously made it look pretty for me. This is a must stop in Safford! read more

This is great coffee and on February 2nd, 2019, they began serving Gelato. I've tried the Salted Carmel and the Pistachio (it taste like nuts freshly roasted! How do they do that?!) It's also a really cool Specialty Shop. They offer a huge assortment of infused oils(that you may sample). I tried the butter infused olive oil (it's vegan!), as well as, you name it they probably have it, specialty vinegars. I saw the prices on the wall above the vinegars, but not the oils? I asked and they said they're both the same.(FYI). So, if your anywhere near there, stop in you'll be glad you did! (I have no affiliation with this business. What a great spot in Safford! I was in town from Phoenix and connected with Jenny to cater a panini platter and salad for a lunch meeting. While I was there I stocked up on some awesome olive oils and vinegars! Warm and inviting space, great for friends to meet up for coffee or lunch. The gelato looked awesome and there are also some cute little gifts and things for purchase. Everyone at my meeting was thrilled with the food. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town. We always enjoy going to Ginavive's when we are in the Safford area. They have really a wonderful selection of olive oils and vinegars to choose from at great prices. You can sample all you want. We have used their online ordering and have received our glass bottles of oils and vinegars very nicely packed and unbroken. They also have very cute gifts and they gift wrap in the store.
