I found out that my mother who has worked at this pharmacy for about a year was wrongfully terminated by the owner Debbie Walton, in my opinion getting the inside scoop on the situation shows that it was Debbie throwing her power as a boss and owner around. My mother told me that an outside person by the name Kyler Merrill an employee at Gila Health Resources occupational medicine, came to Debbie explain that my mother was questions his knowledge of medications ect.. turns out my mother was question Kyler because he was coercing my brother who was being seen by him to agree to be released to work again after getting an injury at work and my mother stepped in and said no, he is in pain still and should not go back to work or to get a second opinion. Kyler Merril then went to my mother's boss Debbie Walton Owner of Walton drug ion Morenci Az and basically fabricated stuff about my mom because his feelings were hurt and with Debbie not actually having her employees back, she told my mother to resolve this she needed to write a letter to explain the whole incident and at the end to apologize to Kyler Merrill. My mother said no because in her words she said, " if i do that i would be admitting to being wrong and i was not wrong in this scenario" Even if my mother was to write the letter, she told my mom that she wanted to read it before it was submitted to monitor her response like she was a child. Debbie Walton it would be advisable to be a better person to your employees since they are the ones that help YOUR business make money and humble yourself, you're not God and you are far from it, Karma has a funny way to collect her payments just so you know. read more
