Been a few times and it's always been great. Service is always excellent. Staff always very friendly and welcoming. Always checking in out us to see if anything is needed. Menu, they do cater a lot of your favorite dishes. Downfall, they don't offer noodle soup dishes. But otherwise, a god selections of flavorful dishes. Ginger Thai Cuisine is a staple in our go-to or take-out choices for at least 10 years. Their lunch specials only slightly less than evening portions, plus extra goodies. The Jade Curry is my favorite, usually with white fish of salmon, also the garlic green beans. Wonderful salads, and that peanut dressing...I'm salivating! The flavors are great, they adjust the spice level nicely to your taste. I try to avoid carbs, but their noodle dishes have often been my downfall. This restaurant has been a favorite of mine for a while. The authenticity of the recipes makes it extra special, which is why I've brought friends and family several times. Recently our group of six had dinner here. Everything was delicious as always. Our order: Pad Thai with vegetables; yellow coconut curry with chicken; jade green curry; spicy green beans; shredded green papaya salad; bbq chicken; spring rolls; chicken sate with peanut sauce; fresh rice paper rolls with tofu; and jasmine rice. This used to be a five-star for me. I had to lower my rating because I think the ownership changed hands, and the quality just went downhill quick. The sticky rice that came with the mango is now just a big ball of mush. There's no chew anymore, no more texture. The fried rice went downhill as well. It's mushy now, doesn't have any texture to it or separation. I feel like it's also way overcooked. When I took those photos earlier this year, I think they were at their Peak. But ever since then, I just cannot go back to this place again. The only reason why I still gave this place three stars, and probably the only reason why I would ever come into Ginger Thai now is because they're Thai iced tea is still one of the best around. So maybe just for a quick stop, take out order of one Thai iced tea to go? Is it worth it? Take it or leave it, you'll have to experience it for yourself. But honestly, I found a new Thai spot closeby that's 10 times better than what this place was even at its peak. read more

The food has been consistently good since I started coming here about 10-15 years ago. I recommend eating there, it's always better for some reason. It's quiet with sweet, accommodating servers. You can bring a cold beer or wine and they will bring out a glass. Quality food. read more

I had my 50th Bday party here and it was perfect. I had 40 guests whom all loved the food and atmosphere. Home made Peanut Sauce ( best I've ever tasted) is delicious with chicken satay. My family's go to is the lemon grass chicken wings, chicken satay, and dumplings with (home made sauce) Pad Thai noodles and Beef Penang. It's a family owned business celebrating its 20th year of business in August. Jane is running the front of house and Pete is holding it down in the kitchen. I had the Kuaytiew Neua Sap with chopped shrimp. I didn't know what it was and I wanted to try it. It's chopped onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, meat of your choice with flat noodles, and a fried, hard boiled egg. I don't know how to describe it other than very savory and good. The Tom kha was decent but it was a teeny tiny amount and personally cost way too much for the size you get. The drunken noodle I wish was a little more flavorful. We tried the following two lunch specials which come with salad, rice, and a potsticker: JADE CURRY SALMON = compared to other Thai restaurants I've tried in the area, this version was not as creamy and had the least amount of salmon. I counted 3 small salmon chunks. CHICKEN PAD THAI = decent tamarind flavor, but not as sweet as I'm used to. Side of rice was carb-redundant with the smallish amount of noodles. THAI ICED TEA was rich and creamy. Seated immediately, but took a few minutes to get our drink order. Had to ask for menus, then weren't approached to take our food order until 10 minutes after arrival. Received food 25 minutes into our visit.
