Also, they use a very flavorful provolone cheese, but not one that is so pungent that it takes away from the sandwich. I asked for cheese to be added to the sandwich. It doesn't normally come that way by the way. While I did not sample them, they have quite the list of Italian drinks, sodas, flavored waters, and so on and beer and house wine. They also have a complete dessert case, including of course, cannoli. They want everyone to be happy here. I intend to return with my dining buddy to see what rose we can sample.
