My fiancé is Filipino and he gave it his full stamp of approval, which says a lot! Please support this business -- the owner is as sweet as can be. The environment is small and cramped yet organized and clean. There are tables outside but it is summertime in Florida so it's hot! The menu is limited. The grilled pork in the Bún Tht Nng has tons of flavor and this is one of the most filling dishes on the menu since it includes a fried egg roll. This dish is a steal at less than $9! The Pho isn't my favorite because it doesn't include all of the garnishes that you usually receive in a sit-down restaurant. My husband and I have tried the beef and the chicken pho and we both agree that the beef pho is the more flavorful of the two. I have tried their sandwich with grilled pork, vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll, and fresh roll. They are average. You walk to the back of the truck to see what the actions in the kitchen are. They are bunch of hard working people, two assembling food and one take order and deliver food.
