However, even saying the name brings on a childish grin (and possibly happy tears) to my eyes! It doesn't hurt that their key lime tart is my favorite dessert not called sorbet of all time. Oh, yes, they also have sorbet, and while it isn't on Wanderlust's level, I don't care. Because of not having wax it is kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 months. It only takes about a minute for it to be ready to eat if you can wait that long. My favorite flavors are espresso sea salt and espresso orange liqueur. I do warn you that after eating this chocolate you will be addicted and spoiled for any other. The cake is a very light cake with a mild chocolate flavor and not too rich. The frosting is very light and not over sweet, like a buttercream frosting maybe? The staff is polite and enthusiastic with a warm smile. There was plenty of seating available and the atmosphere was a welcoming one.
