The arrangement was elegant while at the same time soft and inviting. The combination of colors and selection of blooms were unlike anything I had seen before, a truly unique artistic expression. There were a couple of roses that were sort of a dusty, reddish gold--a color of flower I'd never seen--which gave the arrangement a bit of a vintage feel. The flowers were gorgeous however I am not impressed with how the Owner handled a mistake. I had a pretty decent sized wedding order paid my bill about a week before pick up. About 3 weeks before the wedding I messaged Julianne and asked if it was possible to add a 6th bridesmaids bouquet and 6th boutinere I let her know if not okay that was totally fine. She gladly accommodated no problem. We picked up the flowers the day before and counting bundles I mistook a chair piece for another bouquet. The day of the wedding however I realized we had missed the 6th bridesmaid bouquet but the 6th boutinere made it. It was early in the day and the wedding wasn't until the evening so I texted Julianne and she got back to me quickly she apologized and said she could send someone no problem. However the next day she showed me the invoice saying she actually never charged me for the 6th bouquet. I didn't realize this however because when the final invoice was updated there were additional charges it was over 1600 in total as an order. I said okay I can pay the additional bouquet fee a little annoyed because she hadn't updated it but honest mistake I could have looked closer too. Each bouquet cost $75 she sent me a charge for $200 without discussing any additional fees. I feel this was unprofessional and if I would have known I was going to be charged the extra $125 I would have asked to meet her at her shop like I did the day before or made an arrangement as they weren't very big myself out of the other flowers. I was not impressed at how she didn't communicate this fee or own the fact that she forgot one of the arrangements at all. That didn't seem like good business especially dealing with such a large wedding order. read more

On a late Saturday afternoon I was looking for a place that would deliver flowers to my daughter and son-in-law who just had to put their sweet dog to sleep that very morning.
