When I got there nobody greeted me so I went to the counter and the woman said that I was at the wrong counter so she pointed to another counter. Their brochure said "Consignors can set up an appointment to meet with a staff member" so I was surprised that I wasn't meeting with anyone after having to set up an APPOINTMENT so I asked when I would hear. She said "set your clock for an hour and return". When I got home 15 minutes I got a call that asked me to come back to pick up my clothes because they weren't going to accept them. They could have done that right at my APPOINTMENT and saved me a lot of time. The main reason that they didn't accept my clothes was because they were too big.
