ann I used to use this salon but never again. I had been going for over a year, to the same stylist. I always booked appointments way in advance. About a week before my last appointment they call me to say my stylist was overbooked and they need to schedule me with a different stylist. After pressing on the topic, they finally admitted she no longer worked there - so they lied to try and keep my business. Then when I asked about her last name - they told me they didn't know it! I am not one to voice my honest feedback on an online platform. Today, I felt the need to. I typically consider reviews when choosing a new service provider. Hopefully, this review will help others and the subject business. The location is beautiful. It's so glamorous, neat, and vibrant. They have a charming setup. The staff is friendly and kind. The site has plenty of parking space. They have the best-smelling candles ever! I worked with both the owner (Nikki) and April for both of my hair appointments recently. They are both very personable. This rating is based on my overall experience. From the beginning of my initial appointment, I shared with the stylist that I wanted to stay in the lighter copper/red tones. At the end of my meeting, I was several shades darker and had a completely different look than what was initially discussed. At that point, I thought, well, maybe there was a miscommunication at one point or another. The second time, I voiced my disappointment and reiterated my color goal. Once again, I thought we were on the same page. Clearly, not. At the end of my appointment, I had several color tones. My previous base color was a different shade than the new base color, and no toner was applied. For the second time, I voiced my disappointment, and they advised me to come back for a color correction. Last but not least, I went in for the color "correction," and it all failed. I walked in with a rich medium copper/red color and walked out with a dark brown/black color! I spent over $460 only to be unhappy. This is truly unacceptable. read more

I heard about this salon through one of their amazing hair dressers named Dorian! It was easy to find it's right off Rea. Rd! I made an appointment for a partial foil and booked with Dorian! I walked in and was greeted with a smile and noticed how pretty the inside is! It's so modern and pink and cute and relaxing! She offered if I wanted anything to drink and asked me about my preferences! I felt very comfortable, ( I tend to get nervous when I do anything with my hair haha) She was very quick and effortless with the fools and the results were stunning! Alex did amazing on my hair! I was skeptical to try a new place- closer to me but she did a fabulous job!!

I went here for balayage & was told up front that is started at 175 and was told there *could* be extra charges if more color was used. During the foiling I was not notified that extra color was being used and my final bill was close to $300. Also the whole back of my hair was left dark and I was told I would have to come in a separate time to have the back done. I've never been to an appointment where my hair wasn't fully taken care of. Also, I did not have a hair cut & still paid almost 300$. Not pleased what so ever. read more

Manager is super condescending towards clients & other staff, prices are extremely high, $84 for a cut. Very disappointed in their services.

Upon arriving to my appointment, I spoke with the front desk receptionist about the approximate price for my service ( Balayage and cut) and she quoted me $174. After sitting in the chair for over 4 hours, come to pay at the desk and they charged me $316 adding additional products to MY hair without MY CONSENT!!! I was shocked. That's like me going to quick lube asking for an get my oil changed and they add a whole alternator in my car without my permission or without bringing it to my attention. You don't do that to people!!! you don't take someone's money (first not explaining all these extra charges BEFORE going ahead, thinking you can just doing it because you think its needed. NO!!!!!!!! ITS NOT YOUR HAIR AND ITS NOT YOUR MONEY YOUR SPENDING AND ITS NOT YOUR PLACE TO DECIDE FOR ME!! If you want to add on extra things you added to my hair well then you can pay it for me because I NEVER AGGREED OR ASKED FOR THE EXTRA SERVICE!!!!!!!) and second, at the end, a client being felt they were scammed. I am NOT okay with this and its actually HIGHLY offensive!!!!!! & I bet this review will be taken down anyways. read more
