Each lesson was customized to our needs, and even though our session ran over time, Lisa never rushed. I called to make an appointment for highlights, toner and a cut and was given a price over the phone. When I got to my appointment the stylist came back with a price $70 over what I was told on the phone. I understand this can happen so I still went forward with the appointment. My stylist was very sweet and did take the time to talk me through what I wanted. I showed pictures and talked in detail about the look. I'm sad to say it didn't come out the way I wanted. The color isn't bad by any means it's just different from what I asked for. For what I ended up spending I would say this salon might not be worth it.

I'm not sure who I texted with as they never asked my name or gave me theirs. I booked a 10am appointment the day before my trip and the woman opening the place was late. She came in with no acknowledgement of me, on a very loud phone call and unlocked the door. She stayed on the phone while I had a seat in the waiting area and continued to open the salon. After about 10 mins she finally spoke to me asking if I was here for a spray tan (still had her cell phone to her ear) then she went back to finally set up the spray tan area. The whole process was very quick and when I mentioned a cover for my white nail polish she brushed it off and told me they would be fine. Surprise! My manicure was ruined with a brown stain over them. She did not give me a full coverage spray and even after I told her this was only my second time being sprayed gave me no advice or care. The tan itself was not done well. She had a dirty towel she used with the spray machine and could barely work it when we were starting. At the end she put a fan on me and told me to wait 20 seconds and get dressed and was out the door before I could ask a question! Horrible service. Horrible experience. Horrible tan. For $50 I expect a lot more than what I got and will definitely be going anywhere else from now on.

I showed up about 10 minutes early because I hate being late, the salon was not open yet and all the lights were off, but I didn't think much about it seeing as I was early. About 20 minutes goes by and still no one was there to open the salon. Another 20 minutes goes by and at this time it was about 10:45, still no one shows up and the lights are still off and the door locked. I called several times and even left a voice mail, but never heard back, never got a call nor an apology. I was very disappointed seeing as how this salon has gotten so many good reviews.
