We've always been happy with pizzas from Gino's. However today the pizza was not good. The crust was very thin and burned black on the bottom. I gave them an opportunity to address this before posting on line. They claimed it wasn't burned but it was just the flour they used to make the pizza! Why would you use a flour that cooks looking burned but also tasting burned? I guarantee I know when something tastes burned. We drive from Punta Gorda for their pizza but I guess we won't be getting any more from them. read more

for $3.50 a slice, there wasn't much to eat. The food itself is tasty, and the place is clean and pretty, but the inconsistency of what i'm getting makes me want to give it a month and try again maybe. We ate here today and absolutely loved it. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a chicken Parmesan sub, and both were fantastic. The pizza sauce really stood out -- rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- and the pepperoni was spot on. The chicken Parmesan sub was just as good, especially the hoagie roll, which was fresh, soft, and delicious. I thought this little establishment was going to be amazing. It was local, looked super cute from the outside and even had some lovely reviews with pictures. I unfortunately was wrong. I ordered $40 worth of food. 2 pizzas and some garlic knots. I was looking forward to it! When I received my order, the crust was under baked, cheese was barely melted (looked more like a undercooked frozen pizza), garlic knots were dough and super greasy! There was a pool of grease in the bottom for the foil pan, which leaked all over in the car. I gave a review on Google, just to share my experience and I was answered with a rude and snarky comment. I was being nice and very honest with my service. I also requested a refund, as I dont like confrontation, through email. I was denied that and was told that I can get a free pizza, on them. I declined the offer, as I really didn't like their pizza at all, besides it being under baked, the sauce was sour. I was basically told to kick rocks and it is was it is. The true colors of this establishment came out in aggressive emails and responses for my review. Needless to say, I was very very disappointed that I tried some place new. read more

Amazing Philly cheese steak that is 100% authentic and the chicken parm sub was fantastic as well. The way the cheese is melted with the ribeye is incredible. Anthony the owner is a super nice guy and very passionate about his cooking and wants everything to be authentic to Philly style where he is from. well I am pretty sure my Alfredo was rancid. I could smell the sourness from the bag, then I opened the container and the waft of sour rancid dairy hit me. but I thought maybe it's just me. I tried a small piece of noodle with Alfredo and nope. that was not good. so either my food was rancid or they have no idea how to make Alfredo. which is a shame cuz it looked ok. how anyone cooking that couldn't smell it too is wild. Pizza was okay... Waiters were normal and not very decorated, could be better :/ food did come out fast so ill give it that.

1) learn how to customize pizza requests 2) if you can't do #1, at least answer the phone and make it right. Ordered pizza with extra sauce. Paid for extra sauce. Got an over oily piece of .... Tried calling and calling and calling. Got to the store (still on hold) and was asked "is something wrong?" Well what gave that away? Oh, maybe it was I was walking IN with a pizza. Seemed offended I had a problem with their product. Never asked how to make it right. Just said "you want a refund?" I said I want a pizza done right (is it that hard? Never had this problem when it was Mona Lisa) Took the refund and will never go back. My advice Mr. Gino... go back to Ohio. Your pizza and your service are not worthy. read more

Great pizza and very friendly service. Since it's a bit if a drive, we ordered it "half baked" and popped in the oven at home for 10 minutes

Well I can't rate the food but the convenience totally sucks. I called to get a delivery but they use slice and slice doesn't go 6 miles away. So today I decided to take a ride down to try and surprise the only pizza shop on the east coast that doesn't open until 3 pm. So I'm done trying. read more
