Been in Ripley for about a month for boyfriend's work! Traveling from Houston, Texas. We happen to discover Gino's and let me say, it was a good pick for dinner. We ordered their lasagna which was so cheesy and delicious I ordered a side salad, could have been better but it was ok. That's besides the point, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly! The food was hot and fresh, it was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I'd recommend coming here, even if it's just passing through Ripley, WV. :) read more

Rolled through the area on a road trip and decided to check this place out for dinner. Shared a meal with my boyfriend (pasta). It was good. Not anything I would expect to get from my Nana's kitchen but ok for a local pizza shop. read more

One of the best Gino's I've had in ages. Service was quick, even on NYE. They're generous with the sauce. The crust is not too sweet and is chewy throughout even when we'll baked; which this location tends to do. More of a homemade pizza style pizza. read more

The delivery was quick and correct to my hotel. The pizza is good and I ordered extra marinara which was also very good. Their wings are very crispy which I like. The blue cheese dressing was runny and only has pieces of blue cheese in one container (I ordered extra). It lacked flavor and didn't add anything to the wings. The wings could've been spicier but were good. The pizza crust is very good and the topping were plentiful. I would definitely recommend Ginos if you are craving pizza/wings. read more

Pizza is great, the pizza bread is great, and the Italian sub is to die for. Staff isn't very friendly. But the restaurant is nice if its not taken over by highschool kids. Don't eat here anymore cause I'm vegan now but if I wasn't I'd definitely eat here more. read more

We ordered a take out pizza at the cash register. The man working the front said our pizza would be ready in 20 minutes or less. Waited 30 minutes, asked about our pizza again. He checked the holding cabinets...it was there! He was "sorry about that". Our pizza was burnt and soggy from setting in the holding cabinet. I heard her tell someone at the counter that she doesn't have f'ing time to give her the specials then laughed and proceeded to take someone's order at the counter. I've been eating Gino's pizza since I was a teen. It's my favorite in town and their Cheesy Bread is unbelievably good. My husband prefers their Hot Ham & Cheese, while I love their Pizza Bread. I have a nephew in California that must eat at Gino's each time he come to West Virginia for a visit. He wishes they had a Ginos! We were able to hold his birthday party as Gino's Pizza this year. They have 2 TV's to watch, which I personally don't think is a plus, but I know many people do. It's a family friendly restaurant with medium wait time for food orders. read more

The food may be good but the service is AWFUL!!!! I placed an order today for two pizzas and two baked spaghettis, I understand about places being busy but they said my food would take around 40 minutes. An hour later the pizzas were done but they could not even give me an idea of how long it would be before the spaghetti would be done! I had a meeting to attend and could not wait all night. I got my money back but the point is that I wasted an hour waiting for what they said would take 40 minutes and left without half of my order. They could not tell me if it would be 10 minutes or an hour longer. I will never go back. read more
