What I mean is its one of the nicest ones in the centre but nothing very special in its own right. Our mains tonight were Squid rings and a Rustica Pizza for me. These were very nice and served quickly, even though we ordered squid rings with roast pots and veg, it was served with chips! One member of staff was very nice. The other acted like he'd rather be anywhere else.

We paid around 120 euro for apero, main course, deserts, multiple drinks and coffee for 4 people. Service was quick and waiters were being very attentive if everything was going smoothly. The waiters were doing their best to serve us in English, though the language barrier gives somewhat the perception that they are pushy and maybe not always friendly - but that is only a perception I think. They were doing their best and were working hard. Tables are maybe a bit small and once the crowd starts coming in the restaurant it starts feeling a bit as a factory because there is so much activity around you. Would recommend to try out this place if you are looking for a regular evening dinner and not something fancy. One less positive point for me though was that no one in the kitchen was wearing face masks appropriately which is remarkable in COVID times (although I appreciate that working in a busy and hot kitchen with face mask might not be straightforward...)

Visually it looked like any good pizza should. They had even provided a pizza cutter. Even though, not a very sharp one. After I managed to cut a small dent into the crust I noticed the salami had trouble staying in it's place. As soon, as I finished cutting the first slice, i discovered why. The whole thing was completely soggy from the cheese and tomato-what-ever. Unableto eat the slice by hand (as the pizza-god intended) I had to rely on a fork and a knife.
