She covered my grey roots well, but then colored the hair that wasn't grey and it turned brassy warm orangey which was what I specifically said I didn't want to happen. I brought this up again when she started doing those areas as I didn't need the hair not grey colored, and she assured me that wouldn't happen. Well, it did! I was also surprised she didn't even dry an area of hair before I did it myself to show and see the color. I've never not had a stylist do that. She also never came over once I dried it to see how the color was. She was sitting in the rear room chatting with staff when I left. I won't be returning.
