We were on a very tight deadline and pushed them pretty hard. While they were able to meet it, there were a few areas that needed touch-ups afterward. To their credit, they were extremely responsive, understanding, and came back promptly to fix everything without any hassle. We liked working with them enough that we hired them again about a month later to paint all of our bathrooms, which came out perfectly. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and reliable. You can just tell when someone knows what they're doing; he exuded confidence and talked as someone who could do this in his sleep. It was obvious he had a lot of experience, he even talked about working with the roofer to pre-paint beams that would be more difficult to paint once they were in place. As it turned out the roofer was willing to paint the beams and Joe brought the appropriate paint. He said his guys would start on Friday and be done by the following Wednesday or Thursday. They showed up on Friday and got to work, then came on Saturday as well and had it all done by Tuesday. I was planning on getting a new garage door and front security door, purely for aesthetic reasons, but Joe was able to paint them and make them look brand new. And after all this he still came in at a lower price than the other painter. I highly recommend Joe.

I found them on nextdoor regarding a job on the fascia they did. Ours was in need of care asap before we'd have to replace our fascia. They came out to see what was needed and in 24 hours had our bid. They explained the process answered all our questions. 775 Painting, Hugo and Mitchell, did a beautiful job of repairing the fascia in a few area with the repair job blending in that you'd never know it was repaired. 775 Painting also painted the exterior of our house. It did take 4 days with the extra prep work. We've been in our house for 49 years and have always painted it ourselves. We thought the estimate we got was reasonable compared to 2 other estimates we received plus the 5 Star ratings 775 Painting has. Choosing them was the right choice. Very thorough, respectful of our property, clean up was better that I expected, polite and conscientious of their work. We are so grateful we had them paint our house. I was just asking for trim boards around the roof of a one story home to be painted. Very little scraping to be done but they are dirty as we get lots of dirt in this location. I specifically asked him is his estimate included washing the boards before painting them. He hesitated and then told me "we can do that". It sounded like he was not going to clean before painting. That is one way the paint will peel in no time. I have no way to know if he was going to do it but his answer led me to believe he had to add more in the estimate. We did not use this company as the estimate was higher than I paid in the past for trim on a home that was this size and one story. Last year I had all the trim boards painted plus a wood fence area off front porch (about 4 ft) on a two story home for less than this company was going to charge. It was a professional company I found on Yelp. So I did not feel like the price was right for the amount of work on this home. I was in property management for 30 years so I have an idea of what need to be done and have kept up with prices. **Yes, I am giving you a review based on your estimate which is fair. I was being nice giving a 3 star but after your comment I am glad I did not use your company. If a 3 star review is not something you can handle, don't reply, it does not look good.
