After working with Patricia for a couple of years I wouldn't recommend her services. The most unprofessional incident that occurred while working together, was Patricia showed up to court smelling of marijuana where she had to be searched by the courtroom bailiff admitting to smoking a joint in the car but not being in possession of anything in the courtroom. Her team over sells clients on services provided and she did not fully honor a flat fee agreement after being paid $30k in full spending months offering various excuses with more focus on finding a way to weasel out of our agreement than on my actual case. I even had our agreement reviewed by 2 outside counsels who informed me Patricia was violating our agreement. I will be working with my attorneys who reviewed the contract to file a complaint about her services, and you should look elsewhere for help. read more

I never dealt with a company that's so poorly ran and mismanaged. Their customer services is nonexisted. Every time you send an email, you have to CC's at least six different people, you constantly have to chase them for answer. One of the first filing paperwork, they got our name wrong, their own customer!! This was one big very EXPENSIVE mistake that I made, I paid for a high end firm and got subpar work. I didn't find this out until after I hired her, but she was also disciplined by a state licensing authority. This means that Patricia lost her license to practice law for a period of time. Like I said VERY big and expensive mistake. read more

Witch with a capital B. Patricia Rodriguez is the most self importnat attorney I've ever worked with. She is a lousy attorney. The mistakes she made in my case were rudimentary. I questioned her methods and she bulldozed over me and in the end it turned out I was right and she was wrong. Her arguments made no sense. She is a one trick pony and if her one trick doesn't solve your legal problem, well you are 'shit out of luck' I had to make special appointments days ahead just to speak with her for a few minutes. I was the one paying her!! She always made me feel like I was annoying her, that she didn't have time to speak to me. She begged, in a very unattractive way, for my review, before she even prepared my case, let alone went to court. I guess she wanted the review because she knew she would probably loose the case. She is only interested in upfront fees. Attorney's like her prey on you when you are at your most vulnerable. I got burnt badly by her, and one last thing... I was leaving town so I paid her ahead for the next months fees, because she is super anal about her fees, if you pay one second late, she cuts you off, I didn't want that to happen, so I paid early, then she lost my case so I asked for her to refund me the month as she wasn't going to be working for me, and she refused and sent me a snotty email saying 'I earned it'. Just be careful, get a recommendation from someone you really trust. I was referred to her by a really shady person, and then she referred me to another shady person after she failed - they all stick together. read more
