Curtis Graves withdrew from my case two days before my hearing stating that my last treating physician did not diagnose me and that there is nothing wrong. Upon my receipt of all legal documents and medical records today, Curtis Graves office received paperwork relating to my case on April 19, 2019. Three months prior to my scheduled court hearing. Upon reading through all documentation there is absolutely no mention of the doctor who diagnosed and was treating me for my disabling disorder. Curtis Graves Office and staff have proven to be incompetent, lazy, and and unchallenged with regard to doing their due diligence and research for their clients. They offer no budget to even have their clients evaluated by medical professionals. Based on their dropping of the ball on my case two days before my court hearing, I am thankful that he will not be representing me. going forward. I am now seeking new legal representation due to Curtis Graves faux pas on my case. I would not recommend him to anyone, And I recommend anyone reading this does not consider him either.
