I wouldn't even give Mr. Brandon Beuerlein a one star rating for my starting interactions with him were okay mostly in person. Over the phone and through email correspondence he was very unprofessional and actually belittled me as a person that he was supposed to be helping. I would not trust this man with my family let alone anything regarding law. He should be disbarred and seriously looked into as I'm sure there are many more people. I hired Warren & Migliaccio because Gary Warren personally told me he would be my attorney. I was going through a terrifying divorce from a narcissistic, abusive ex-husband who is also an attorney. I had six children, including one with severe special needs. I needed someone experienced and steady. Instead, shortly after hiring him, I was suddenly told--without warning--that another attorney I'd never met (MaDonna Harmina) would be taking over my entire case. No explanation, no choice, nothing. From there, everything fell apart. My ex violated orders constantly, child support wasn't coming in, and I was surviving on food stamps while raising six kids alone. I begged MaDonna to file sanctions, enforce orders, and take action. She argued with me, dismissed me, or ignored me completely. I have emails and recordings of all of it. I reached out to Gary Warren multiple times, hoping the attorney I actually hired would step in. He never responded. I felt abandoned. They even sent Jonathan Frederick to "explain" the situation to me, but the whole conversation felt like an attempt to convince me that the harm to my case wasn't real. I have that recording too. When the final decree came, it was missing essential protections. I lost adult support for my special-needs child. I lost retirement protections after giving up my career, my savings, and my financial stability to support my husband through law school and raise our children. In the end, I was left with nothing. Over a million dollars of future security--gone. The worst moment was my final hearing. That was when I realized the decree cut me out of nearly everything I depended on. In that same hearing, my attorney ran up to the judge, made false excuses, and immediately moved to resign as my attorney--right at the moment I needed representation the most. The judge stared at me, and under pressure and shock, I agreed. I never intended to be left alone at the most important hearing of my life, but that is exactly what happened. I am filing a formal complaint with the State Bar and have extensive documentation to back up everything here. My experience was devastating, and I hope this review protects other mothers navigating abuse, CPS, or a high-conflict divorce. Please be cautious. read more

Don't use Attorney David Lane. He was hiring for my friends child support case that they both agreed on and took almost a year just to get the case done. They dragged it out. Half the time the lawyer did not tell them that they rescheduled the court date and they took off from work and he never showed. When they called the office they said it was rescheduled. Also the papers they sent to sign had some extra people they had no idea who they were attached. He also would never answer and when court date did arrive he never showed up to court. The judge even called him and he never answered. Case is closed and agreed but yet they are still trying to take out money. He is way over $14,000 in the whole. I went through the process with a different lawyer in a different part of Texas and cost barely $4,000 and was done in 2 months. I would not use this lawyer at this office. July 26, 2024 Use caution with Warren & Migliaccio. If a law firm needs to comb court records for people recently served with or filing debt-related cases, then contacts you daily with multiple phone calls and texts, do not make the mistake I did and test the waters out of curiosity. I can attest that the waters are muddied. I had a debt negotiation consultation with Laura Strain. I felt that she was immediately disrespectful, starting things by cutting me off with "Do you even have a job?" Laura didn't seem to understand the importance of treating EVERYONE with respect and dignity, especially if they are in a tough spot. It is ill-advised to attempt to shame people about it if you expect anyone to give you money. Her knowledge of the nuances of law was concerning as she didn't seem to know simple concepts like the Fair Credit Reporting Act or due process in the system. It can be speculated that she did know but was holding back for some reason. Either way, I didn't feel she was qualified to represent me. She didn't listen to me and wouldn't acknowledge the suspicious elements of the case. She continued that she did not believe what I was trying to tell her and assumed that I was lying without taking time with the facts of the case. It has been challenging to watch as our leadership falls to corporate rule, and our morality and sense of unity are so far from what the founding fathers imagined. It has been brought to my attention that corporations often tread on our rights and are allowed free rein to do so as long as they pay a fine. I have dealt with corporate malfeasance before, and unfortunately, I am up against it again. There is a company suing me for debt that isn't mine. They claim that they sent a process server. I never answer the door for strangers. But Laura said I answered the door for a stranger, fully identified myself to this stranger, and then refused to be served and went back inside. If I were evading, wouldn't I just...NOT OPEN THE DOOR? The server also misdescribed me as aged 45-60 and white. I told Laura, "I'm not White." She said, in a derogatory tone, "What, are you, Black?" So, what if I was? I don't know what that was about. I told her I was Asian. Her response was, "Oh, well, *derisive laugh* whatever. Easy mistake." The thing is, I have never been mistaken for White before in my life. I'm ubiquitously bronze. Half of my family hails from Nanking, Southern China. We are brown. Also, I don't look 45-60. Being Asian, I am mistaken for being in my twenties to early thirties. It gets more painful. I baited her with a question that should answer itself. A motion was denied because the debtor did not provide a list of exempt and non-exempt items. Now, logically, where would one think they would get this list? So, I asked, "They sent this motion in without contacting me. Isn't that wrong? "The correct answer is yes. It was denied because it was missing a list they would have procured from me. Her answer, dripping with contempt was, "No. Why would they contact you? Then you would hide all of your assets." So she doesn't understand due process? There was paperwork missing on my end in the packet that was MAILED , not served. The company never sent me proof that the debt was mine via statements, but she had the file. This should raise red flags. Fair credit reporting act, right? Why do I not have this credit card on my credit report? I know I have not owned a card from this company before, and I was never sent a chance to dispute. Laura ignored all of this and went on like I was lying and condemned, I asked why they did not send copies of my "old statements" to prove the debt was mine and hid them in a file I couldn't access. I asked why I didn't have access. Herresponse (this is dreadful) was, "Because I'm an attorney and you're not. We can afford expensive....blah blah. You can go down to the courthouse and request records if you want them...." I cut her off at this point because she was wrong; They should've given me a chance to ask for proof of the debt/dispute. The should include them in the summons, for posterity. I am tired of what is both disrespectful behavior and an apparent lack of understanding of the law and say, "Equivalently, I could just renew my subscription to Lexis Nexis." I could not take any more of this, so I shut her down and told her I didn't like the way she was talking to me. I said she was unprofessional and disrespectful, and the conversation was over. It was a bizarre experience I will not repeat. I'm lucky that I know that I don't have to put up with this, and I know when she isn't telling the truth about the law. It scares me that other clients don't have the resources or knowledge to come in locked and loaded. If you are a lawyer, don't assume. If you are a client, you don't deserve to be treated like this, and you don't have to take it. If anyone tries to make you feel bad or disrespects you, WALK AWAY. read more
