My 2025 Jeep GC Summit Reserve was first reported @ 17,891 miles, 10.5 months into service and…read morereported before the first year & 18,000 miles per the Jeep requirement (3.6l Pentastar) with engine concerns and 4 visits to a dealership and 78 days out of service 2/11/26 - 4/29/26 in Ohio with 2-piston cylinder porosity and NCDS told me originally it qualified for Lemon Law, Arbitration then denied my claim. I have pictures of everything that the dealership sent Jeep and the RM came back and said I used bad gas. Then engineering told the dealer to find the cause of porosity & cylinder scoring. SO now we are out of $60,000. And don't bother with Jeep Care process, then are totally clueless and really do not care about you and not the most honest of individuals to deal with, all along he told me my Jeep doesn't qualify for Lemon Law. On 4/10/26 Jeep told NCDS that my Jeep was complete and ready for P/U but the broken front drive axle was replace yet from STAR case, Axle was finally replaced on 4/28/26. And NCDS believed Jeep that is was complete BUT never mentioned the 70+ days and/or the engine porosity & scoring. Transmission was also replaced @ 1,066 miles. In cold weather the engine sounded just like a small diesel engine. Save yourself the aggravation and also file with the state AG office.. On 4/10/26 had a 10 minute phone call with the Case Mgr. where it was mentioned that my documented report was remarkable and was very easy to follow along and that I hade a very good chance of a favorable ruling. Again, the ruling on 4/17/26 the Arbitrator or Jeep said nothing about the 65 days out of service. Whether I did or didn't have a lawyer is secondary to the 65 days out of service. I made some correction to my initial send as I received questioning through an NCDS associate (John H.) about my mention of a discussion with an Arbitrator which I corrected to Case Mgr. Again, still dumb founded by that the concern and not 65 days out of service. All that took place was the Arbitrator made his discission based on the rebuttal from Jeep which spoke about nothing was wrong with the Jeep but nothing about Engineering advising the dealer to continue to dig into finding where the condition came from, to me its very obvious where the porosity/pitting came from. Nothing about OOS time, 65 days. Anyone know where the funding for NSDS comes from. Yet another edit, still avoiding the 65 days out of service and the vehicle could never be repaired at the dealership. Lawyer has nothing to do the 65 days out of service that was ruled against.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with how my complaint was handled through the National…read moreCenter for Dispute Settlement (NCDS). I feel that my concerns were not properly addressed because of the age of my vehicle rather than the actual issues I reported. The age of a vehicle should not be used to dismiss legitimate concerns regarding service quality, diagnostic accuracy, and customer treatment. I expected a fair and unbiased review of my complaint, but instead I felt my concerns were disregarded without proper consideration.
