What a great party concept and was flawlessly executed. My daughter and her friends had such a GREAT time! This addition to her party made the entire party the best ever. It's hard to explain how much fun they had. Michelle and her assistant, (sorry I forgot her name) were awesome. They were on time set up quickly and had everything ready to go as promised. I got the OohLaLa Package with the additional flip flop decorating. It was a bit pricey but for everything we received and the fun the girls had, it was so worth it. They started with a little discussion about what was going to happen and everything involved in the spa day. Then went into the facial with cucumbers. Then split the girls for manicure, pedicure and crafts. They were so organized, kept all the girls busy and very attentive and talkative with them all. While we did our own crafts and dancing they cleaned up and left. Everything was as clean as they arrived and no fuss at all. Michelle was communicating well with me about the food and my party plans and we worked together to have my daughters most favorite birthday. Not sure if was better than Disneyland for her but for me it was 100% better! They thought of everything and even had my 2-year old entertained and involved the whole spa party. They were also really helpful with the planning so there was no chance of miscommunication. Danielle was on time and so good with all of the girls. And she even kindly fielded questions from my talkative 8-year old when she was still setting up for the party. We got the package for 10 girls, which would include 90 minutes of entertainment-- hairbrush craft with each girl getting a mani. Pros: the girl that came to our house was very sweet-- my daughter mentioned she was very kind to her. She was on time and had a cute table set up. She did a great job painting each girls nails and took her time on each child. Cons: I wish I understood more that the 90 minutes of entertainment was to paint each girls nails. The hairbrush activity took the girls 5 minutes to put stickers on the hairbrush so they didn't have anything to do while waiting their turn for the nail polish. I managed to get other moms at the party to help me entertain the girls while each girl waited patiently to get their nails painted. Just some feedback. It would have been perfect if there were two people running the event-- one person to paint nails and the other to entertain during the 90 minutes. read more

My daughters cheer team did a sleepover party and we hired girly girl for the polish party to do manicures for the girls. I believe Olivia was the name of the lady who did the manicures. She showed up right on time, and was very kind and accommodating. The girls got to decorate a hair brush while they waited to get their nails done. She also had a table set up with the different nail polish colors to choose from. All of the girls nails turned out very cute, and they were very happy with them. We did have two things occur that kept me from giving 5 stars. First was that they mentioned there might be an extra cost associated because the girls chose "extra designs" and because it took her longer than she originally expected to get through all 10 girls. In the end we weren't charged more, but I found it odd that she mentioned that in the first place. No one asked myself or any of the other moms about extra designs, and none of the girls had designs on their nails, just glitter on top of the color they chose. The second reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because while Olivia was very sweet and kind, the girls weren't really entertained the whole time. I have hired many children entertainers for my kids parties in the past and many of them keep the full attention of the kids throughout the whole party, which is great for the parents and huge reason why many people hire them in the first place! Many of the girls got very bored waiting in line to get their nails done since there was nothing else for them to do. They decorated their hair brush but that only took 10-15 minutes. So while we loved the service, I wouldn't count on it as a full service party entertainment. read more

I would not hire this service again. While they didn't do anything wrong, for the price I paid I was definitely underwhelmed. I had very little communication with the owner Michelle before the event, I actually reached out to her the week before to confirm they were coming. I find their payment process strange, the owner comments how they are a legit business and has service fees and taxes yet has you pay through her personal Venmo. We had two ladies come and run the party and one of them seemed miserable and that she didn't want to be there, she didn't interact with any of the kids on her own and seemed annoyed with anyone asked questions. While I was coming out with the cake I heard a phone alarm go off, I looked over and it was the ladies from girly girls, they had already completely packed everything up and were standing there when one told me "we need to be paid now." I was standing there holding a cake so I asked her to give me a couple minutes and when I came back in they were both clearly annoyed that I was going over my limited time. I totally respect other people's time and understand that I was only contracted for so many hours but also you gotta read the room and it would have been more professional if they had given me a heads up when they started packing up and I could have settled up then. Kid parties are usually pretty hectic for a mom and I felt like Girly Girls added to that stress. read more

I can't brag enough how amazingly wonderful Michelle and Jessica are. They are a great team and made my daughter's 10th birthday the best one she has ever had. After calling several places and being told they were not servicing our area (Murrieta) My daughter and I were pretty bummed. I called Michelle and she literally saved me! I SO wanted to love this business because the concept is super cute and so fun, but ugh what a letdown. First, the positives: 1. They come to you. Arrived in plenty of time to set up and be ready for guests. 2. Good job on colors, matched our overall decor and theme well. Now for the negatives: 1. Michelle, the owner. Over the phone I caught a glimpse of a condescending tone, but man, during the party it really came out. And not just to the kids and me, but other moms felt it too. 2. Expensive. Be forewarned that the prices advertised on the site are not the total cost for any of the packages and I'm not just talking about tax and tip. Among other nickel and dime techniques, there's a 15% "service fee" added. I mean, we're not booking through Ticket Master, we're Venmo-ing the owner directly, what service fee are we paying here?!?! I thought "okay maybe that's tip." Nope, there's a line item for that too, 22%. 3. Michelle, the owner. I know I already said some above, but there's more. She didn't really smile at all during the whole party which cast a gloomy vibe on the event. The girls still had a good time bc they were together and all. The main event which was the whole cake activity (part of the platinum package) was rough bc of Michelle's attitude. "One two three, eyes on me" I mean really? They're not in school! Then an awkward "you have to say something to the birthday girl" to each of the girls, putting them on the spot to make a toast to the birthday girl - they were super uncomfortable. Good thing cake makes everything better. 4. Manis & Pedis. This really isn't a negative, but more a heads up if you book a party with Michelle. Make sure all your girls have their fingernails and toenails either cut and/or filed because Michelle and team will not do either. This would have been good to disclose prior to the party as many of the guests showed up without any prep so moms were scrambling to get their kids ready bc God forbid we throw off the schedule. Michelle and team are there for 2 hours, not one min over. period. Back to the manis/pedis - they will only apply polish. Cheap, Wet and Wild type polish. One coat. Done. It came off for everyone in less than 24 hours. 5. Facials. I have no clue what brand is used, but it seems to have either been expired or cheap. I do know it was a "just add water" type of mask bc they made it in my bathroom. I know this bc there was some left on my hand towel and the counter/sink. None of that alone is worth a negative ding, but 3 of the 6 girls broke out into a rash the next day. That's a problem. So yeah - almost $700 later, this is where we're at. Pretty disappointing. read more
