Sometimes a flea market is a gamble but this one was great! All the booths were laid out well and the flow was easy to follow. There were small directional arrows on the floor as well. It took just about 45 minutes for us to explore the whole thing so I thought it was a nice size as well. There was a good variety of modern and vintage items. Flea markets are hit or miss for me. I like looking for antiques, and sometimes I can find something interesting in a flea market. Unfortunately, not here. Gizmo's was hopping when we arrived. The booths are close together and the aisles are tight, so with people and carts, it's crowded. The booths are fairly tidy. Most are filled with clothes....lots and lots of secondhand clothes. I saw a lot of video tapes and "collectible" toys. In general, there were a lot of fleas. In the 50+ booths, I saw only a couple of antique pieces. I thought the prices were high, but a couple booths offered sales. I left empty handed. Maybe that's a good thing. The clerks are friendly and engaging. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. They have an avid following. Just not me. read more

I love browsing and thrifting here. I see something different and there are different things each time I come.

There is always something fun here for the young and old. If you cannot tell from prior photos its a big open area that each vendor has an individual booth of their own finds. Take them up front to check out. There are some interesting Music items like records as well as plaques. Also in the way back is a good selection of model train cars and build models you might not be able to find other places anymore. I always like bringing my youngins here to check things out and never leave empty handed! read more

I used to love this place. Shopped over 100 times. Introduced friends to the place. My mistake is liking items outing them in my cart and they finding something better & I unfortunately will sit the time in another booth. I've done it many times. Now they have my photo up in big red letters saying Thief. I called them and said maybe because of my sitting times down in other booths and I was immediately hung up on. This is after spending almost $100 that very same evening. Ruining one's life doing that on a whim. Absolute defamation especially when such act was not done. My fault for sitting times elsewhere I understand that, but it is not right. Not ok! I've called many times and Now they will not answer. I'm trying to alive a matter and they'd rather ruin my life! Standard flea market with no on site vendors. About 7 really good booths with vintage clothing and toys and video games. The rest of the booths I have no idea how they make any money with such weak nobody needs type items. The place is must so they use a lot of fragrances throughout the store which are horrible to smell and breath in. No wonder the register person "got allergies" no it's the glade plug in fresheners you use that are 100% toxic. Minis 1 star for that. More Fun place to look around than Walmart read more

Never been a fan of this place. to begin with. Owner has known to be rude in the past. We were waiting on my mom to meet us at the Mexican restaurant next door, so decided to kill time in Gizmo's...throw them a bone. In addition to the numerous FYI signs on the door disclaiming common sense information, there was a somewhat quaint chalk sign displaying the hours of operation: 11am-7pm. Upon entering at 6:41pm, I mentioned to my husband and son..."I'll buy you a fried ice cream if they tell us they close in 19 minutes." It was a joke. As soon as we entered, the sales clerk yelled "WE CLOSE IN FIFTEEN MINUTES!" Despite Gizmo's having a huge expanse of high priced junk, we saw it all by 6:50pm. I will never be back. read more

There's a nice selection of furniture in the back, along with jewelry, clothing, fishing poles and tools. This place is so hard to rate because the booths are always changing. I love booths w vintage stuff in it and different unique stuff. I cannot stand booths w metal signs and stuff I find at festivals. But obviously that stuff sells it they wouldn't have it there. We live in brownsburg so on days we are bored we come here and stroll around. You really never know what you are going to find. They do not have furniture though. read more

Gizmo ' s is your typical resale booth mall that rents booth space to individuals. Gizmo's Mall doesn't seem to have as much turn-over as other mall locations. Spaces consist of used clothing, including wedding and prom dresses, jewlery, all types of home decor and collectables, vintage glassware, coin collections and antique furniture. A few booths focus on the renter's own craft projects of floral arrangements, homemade soaps, candles, aprons, wreathes, woodworking pieces and refurbished furniture. Most have a theme or similarity within their booth space but you'll run across a few that are just a hodgepodge of random items. The majority of booths are fairly well organized and clean but again, a couple have dropped the ball. If available, an employee tries to walk around checking on customers and takes any items you are carrying to the front for you. They place your items in one of the hold baskets until you're ready to check out. I'm usually on a mission searching for something fairly specific when I shop here. Occasionally I walk out without anything and other times I stumble across a great deal or unique find. The prices obviously vary greatly from booth to booth but are comparable to other booth malls. The folks working at the counter are super friendly and helpful. One thing I'd love to see is decluttering of the counter tops. It's getting harder and harder to find space to even sit your purse down to pay much less place your items. Worth a trip if you're in the area. With holidays starting everyone will step up their game and restocking booths often with new items. Grab it when you see it because the holidays get hectic. read more

Gizmos is a friendly place to shop in Brownsburg. I often go to see what is new and snag some homemade goodies! The items are all priced well and I have never had a problem with anything that I have bought. The second hand items are good quality in good working condition. The staff are the best!! I loveee this place ! It's is a magical emporium of wonders... And prices. You never know what you will be paying for some of them. The concept it really neat. It's just a really cool indoor flea market. Each vendor sets their own prices. My favorite was the back room vendor with all the glorious nerd and fandom gear however it seems they have turned it into a backroom furniture display as of late. The other booth has since moved to the opposite side though not as big I'm sure he needed to downsize on his inventory or maybe I missed the big sale. Not really sure. This place is ideal for thrifters and those that love garage sales. It's always a hit or miss just as resale shopping usually goes but it is definitely worth checking out :) old videogames available down the middle aisle as well ! Gizomo's has a great new booth, #28, that sells new baby items and toys. The prices are way below retail. With the holiday shopping season starting, this is a great place to find toys and baby item for less than retail. I bought a new Philips Avent Bottle Warmer for $10! They retail on Amazon for $37.99. They also have Melissa & Doug items along with games, puzzles and action figures. The staff at Gizmo's is exceptional, we are warmly greeted every time we go in there. read more

this place is horrible. i went in there a few days ago and the owner was very very disrespectful. not only that but just the past weekend the owner came in my school and demanded to see our storage closet and tried to intimidate the instructors. another issue i've experienced with the owner is how she threatens the students all the time if we park in front of her store. the owner is very unprofessional and will literally throw fits over anything and everything like a 2 year old. her business is over rated and I WOULD NEVER recommend someone going to this "business" read more

My wife and I have been wanting to stop by for some time, so after dinner we decided to finally give them a visit. Upon enterring, @ 6:40pm, a man behind the counter at the front reminded us immediately that "they were closing in 10 minutes". No "hi" or welcome of any kind. Not very friendly, but we decided to continue in. Within 2 minutes and only a few booths in, we were confronted by another employee who wanted to make sure the gentleman up front reminded us that "they would be closing in ten minutes". Again she did not greet us or say "hi". My wife and I simply decided to leave rather than be an incovenience to them. When we got to the car, it was just 6:49pm. Apparently they closed at 7pm. We had no intention of making them stay open for us. We simply wanted to take a quick look around. We will not be back. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Gizmo's. I took my 9 year old daughter to the doctor's this past week and the doc asked her what she wanted for Christmas. My daughter explained a doll with a purple rain outfit from Gizmo's Galleria. She said that was all she wanted for Christmas. I have twin 10 yr old boys and my daughter and they all know that it has been a tough year with my Mom (whom I cared for for 6 yrs) recently passed away and I have been out of work. I called Gizmo's and they (Susan) happily went and found and held the doll at the front counter for me. My fiance' picked it up and brought it home and I set it under a blanket in the garage to wrap after my babies went to bed. When I came out to do so, it was gone. My dogs had gotten ahold of it and ripped it to shreds. After losing my mind and starting to cry, I called Gizmo's back to see if by chance they had another doll like it. Susan looked and said no but she would hold a few others for me to look at and try to get ahold of the dress maker to se if they could get the same outfit before Christmas. Upon arriving to pick the doll up, Susan said that she was paying it forward and that there was no charge to me and that she was going to take care of the bill and try to get the new outfit before Christmas. Of course, I cried. So wonderful to see that there are still wonderful people in this world. She not only made my Christmas, but my daughter's as well. Merry Christmas to all.
