Here's the last cleaning I had with them: less than 24 hours before my scheduled cleaning they canceled and asked if they could reschedule for the following week (if a customer cancels within 24 hours, they charge $50, but if they do it, no discount for the customers' inconvenience). I asked if they could find another crew and sometime sooner than a full week later. The next morning I saw a crew had been scheduled on my account and my credit card had been charged even though I never heard back so I contacted them and they told me they couldn't find anyone that day and it would be Monday at 1:30/2:00. I said okay. On Monday at 11:40, they tell me they'll be there at 12:10 -- they don't even ask if they can come earlier, they just assume that someone is home and waiting to adjust to their schedule -- I can't imagine they would have accommodated me if I had called and told them they were coming an 1.5 early with 30 mins notice because my schedule had changed. I ask them to wait until 12:30 so we can make sure someone is home. They come, and they're in and out in an hour. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, 2 sets of stairs....in an hour. The next week they contact me to let me know my previous cleaner has quit, and their prices are going up by 50%. I don't know if there was a change in ownership this year, but this unfortunately wasn't an unusual or out of the ordinary experience with them from the last 6 months.

She came, looked at it, scolded me for giving them a bad review, started getting loud with me to the point that I had to say " I am not going to argue with you over this". I was uncomfortable with her demeaner in my home. It ended with her saying she would talk to the owner and now they are avoiding me and not calling me back. You want to trust people you hire to clean as it is very personal having people in your home. I requested the same team each time, so that I can get to know them, and so they can get to know the house without me taking time out to show them around each time, and got different people almost every single time they came. They claim they are insured and will repair or replace anything that is damaged or broken - that is NOT true. All they have to do is say that the cleaner said they didn't do anything and that's that - then they will just ignore your phone calls and all I am left with is the ability to review and report online. Which is not a great way to spend my time but I feel wronged as a consumer who has spent a lot of money with this company. Totally unprofessional, and morally reprehensible.
