I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited two months of going almost every day to see if they clean it ever. Not once did I not see bird poop track in to the gym. Totally not okay! Our kids are barefoot in the gym with their hands on the mat that have bird crap out of them. On top of that their front desk is so confusing. I thought in the summer I tried to change my kids lessons from in the morning to the evening. Verbally they told me that their class was going to be at X time but In the confirmation email it's stated Y time. And they never seem to be able to explain why to any of my questions. And my last straw was when my son had a make up class back to back to his normal class. I spoke with them if it was OK for me to leave and come back at the end of the two hours. They said yes. I said perfect and I will be back Just before his second class ended. Luckily I came back 30 minutes before his second class ended. Come to find out his teacher did NOT make sure that he was in his second class like they said they would. So my son was waiting for me for about 25 minutes instead of being in class. He sat in the lobby by himself for 25 minutes! They didn't even call me to let me know. If you're going to say that it's OK for me to leave and let you make sure that my child will be in his second class for me THEN DO IT! NEVER COMING BACK!

He doesn't seem to have any issues with the water solution on his skin or the mass amounts consumed during a lesson, lol. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule and book online. My son loves it and can't wait for his next lesson. I feel confident with the curriculum and the pace they set based on each child. The thing I appreciated was the simple and effective teaching points that Kyler provided me. I was able to see immediate improvement on my ball striking and ball flight. I don't play a ton of golf, but I want to play more now that I have some easy things to work on. It will definitely be a more enjoyable experience after having taken a lesson there. I also like the free app they provide that allows me to watch my lesson and to remember the things I need to do to improve. Definitely worth a visit.

Indeed, this is more of an organized sports kind of place, but they do have pavilions and a playground. There's a fun summertime 1-2 punch with the Alta Canyon Rec Center, so I like to think of the whole complex as a 4-seasons of fun place. If you're looking to get out, there's even some exercise equipment that you can use to get your heart rate up.

It's 7 acres of pure, unadulterated sports: Two baseball diamonds, a soccer pitch, a sand volleyball court, and four tennis courts. It helps that its attached (and, I'm sure in many circles considered part of) the Alta Canyon Sports Center, which itself brings adjacent swimming pools and request ball courts. For the most part, the facilities are of a very high quality. I noticed the grass in the baseball fields is uneven; your outfielders will be rumblin' and bumblin' and stumblin' every time they go after a fly ball. And lest we forget the usual park amenities: A high-quality and spacious playground, two reservable pavilions, and a walking path. Of note, while the Alta Canyon Sports Center is well labeled, the Park is not. The best way to get to it is to turn on to Highland (from 9400 S), and take the subtly marked Candle Spruce Cove. The whole Alta Canyon area is great ... and the park should keep your heart rate up throughout the summer!

The group lesson I had with Conner last night was excellent. First of all, I noticed how I couldn't stop smiling throughout the experience. I've been playing tennis at Liberty Park for about two years and I love it! Everything from the…read morequality of the courts, the staff and coaches, the fellow tennis players, and even the prices are great! The staff is super friendly - there are about three different ladies who are usually running the front desk. If you've played here at least a handful of times, chances are they will greet you by name. They are super friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their faces. The coaches are great as well - have a lot of experience and work with you to improve your game, whether you're taking a private lesson, at the group workouts, or just chatting it up between sets. The courts and nets are in prime condition. All 12(?) courts are lighted, and 4 courts are in the bubble during the winter so you can play year round. There's usually always court availability unless there is a tournament they are hosting. Only caveat is that there is a fee to use their courts I take private lessons with Lani every once in a while. Lani is the head tennis pro at Liberty Park and she is awesome! she has an extensive and impressive tennis resume, both professionally and coaching experience. I definitely get an amazing workout at my private lessons because Lani pushes me to become a better player. One of the best things at Liberty is that they do group workouts just about every day of the week and for every skill level. They have group workouts for different levels both during the day and evenings during weekdays - absolute beginners to those who play competitively. Sat and Sun mornings they do cardio tennis or stroke workshops. Lots of fun doing drills, playing out points and meeting new people! And like i mentioned before, it's always nice to be able to play tennis during the winter months too! Here are the general fees, but don't quote me on it: Court fees: $6/hr during the summer. It's definitely more when the bubble is up (there are only four courts). I think it's something like $20/hr in the bubble Private Lessons: $60/hr and they have promotions sometimes where you buy 6 lessons for $300 Group workouts: $15 or $75 for 6 workouts

They ONLY teach skills on the right and do not let students do anything on the left. they don't even do splits on the left. It states in their information that "all of our students do the same side for classroom efficiency" so basically they don't care about your kids, they just want to make it easier for the instructors. You can make all kids learn on the right, but forcing a lefty to be a righty is child abuse. I don't think anyone should support this gym.

I have worked with Fred on some projects for his school and through that experience have come to learn that he is a caring instructor, an involved community member, and an excellent business man. He works hard to think of ways he can further his students desires to progress as well as what he can do to educate people in the community to the benefits of training in the martial arts. He holds an annual event that dozens of people attend to help the community as well. I highly recommend at least checking him out and observing his Judo classes and going in to ask him questions. I doubt anyone would regret it.
