Unfortunately Soccer Post is the store that my child's soccer club chose to fulfill their uniform orders and I have had nothing but either radio silence or bull crap answers since I placed my order. Quick timeline of events: 6.9.23 Placed an order for the kit that I was told we have to have. 8.14.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.19.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.21.23 Called store and asked status and received some BS answer that someone from my club was at the warehouse today and they'd have them grab it and blah blah blah. 9.9.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 9.13.23 Received some blanket BS email from Soccer Post that another company went out of business and they're swamped with orders and they're going to get orders shipped out within the next week. Today is 10.23.23 and I have yet to see nor hear anything about my order that was placed almost 5 months ago. The fall season is also over, so what purpose to I "need" this uniform??

The tournament was held on some mats set up on like an indoor turf field. There is also plenty of gym space for basketball or potentially volleyball, but it was blocked off at the time. My low rating has to do with the cleanliness of the facility, I understand that it's a weekend and that people were kind of concentrated in one small area, but the trash cans were absolutely overflowing which was gross. I feel like they should have had some staff perhaps to help keep the area more tidy. Especially because some people were there all day long, it would've been the least someone could do.

Parking is tight and we arrived after the start so were in overflow parking ($10 dirt lot). Easy walk to the stadium. Very professionally staffed; friendly security and easy use of digital tickets. The sun is brutal on the preferred seating side, but once the sun went down, all was very comfortable. Great announcing, fun antics by on field personalities, lots of interactive activities with the crowd, nice large video display. Good assortment of concessions and reasonably clean restrooms. Had an excellent time even though the Archers lost both of their games.

(1 Star) I had one…read moreof the worst experiences I've ever had at this facility today during our 12:15 PM game. Our team, Goon Squad, was involved in a situation that became physically dangerous, and the staff did absolutely nothing to control it. The officiating was completely one-sided. The foul count was extremely disproportionate (around 13 called on us compared to about 3 on the other team), and every time we calmly asked for clarification, we were dismissed or talked down to. At the end of the game, one of the referees actually told me, word for word, "You guys suck, it's just rec soccer, it's not that hard to play the game." That is wildly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be maintaining order. The situation escalated at the end of the match when one of my teammates was shoved to the ground and players from the opposing team started swinging at him while he was down. When I stepped in to pull someone off, I was jumped by multiple players. I was punched several times, put in a headlock, kicked in the face, and had my jersey ripped. I ended up with multiple scratches around my neck, a black eye, and a chipped tooth. This is supposed to be recreational soccer, but it was allowed to turn into something unsafe and completely out of control. The referees failed to manage the game, and in my experience, management handled the situation terribly afterward. Player safety clearly is not a priority here. I am pressing charges and have requested the game film. If you care at all about safety, professionalism, or basic accountability, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. There are much better-run facilities out there.
