I called Crowe Electric on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for Monday of the following week. Andrew called me back, as he reviews the upcoming service requests. Since it was potentially a safety issue, he called me and said he could get someone out same-day to assess the situation. The electrician he sent out was able to get things in a state where we could use appliances without issue, and then scheduled time that Friday to come back out and upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amps. The two electricians who did the work on Friday did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using Crowe Electric for all our electrical needs from here on out.
