Come March 2025 we had a leak. It took quite a while to get them out for a fix. Come holiday time 2025 the leak which had been fixed was back, so we called. The person we spoke to said they weren't sure if someone could come out that day. We waited three weeks while water was coming into our living room every time it rained for a call back. We had to hire another roofing company to fix the leak. They fixed it in three days. We still have to fix the water damage. Then we got a text in January 2026 asking if we still needed to have someone fix our leak....seriously?!

I offered to pay him 250% of the amount he quoted. I don't know what the problem is but he would never set an appointment to get the job done. Numerous times I asked should I contact another vendor with no response given. Its been 15+ days since I originally contacted Peterson NW with no action taken by Bryan after the initial visit to the site. My suggestion is to pass on this company given the lack of courtesy shown in a lack of response and commitment to action.

On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up. They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves).
