This school is not able to control anything that happens here. There are kids who are constantly vaping in the bathrooms and bullying kids into being suicidal and depressed. Some of the teachers here are good and trying to do something but others are ignoring the problem. The principal and vice principals say they'll look into it but never do anything or think you're the problem. Kids get harassed and sexually harassed here In front of teachers or in private. And the food is disgusting. The food here is either really dry or slimy. Certain teachers here are really rude to some students that don't do anything. Me and my friend group are being harassed by a couple kids here and me and my friend have a no contact order on them but they continue to harass us and the school isn't doing anything. read more

I go to school here (7th grade) and this school absolutely sucks, they do nothing about bullying and some staff even talk about the students lowly or to the students lowly. I despise going to this school and the food there is absolutely nasty someone needs to hire people to come do honest reviews and get a health regulation check, but all in all if you want ur kids to suffer send them to this school otherwise keep them far far away from glacier middle school, buckley WA. read more

I go to this school. I know there's many reviews on this school about SA/abuse, and how it happens here, but this is the whole district. In 4th - 5th grade at an elementary school in this district I was mentally abused by multiple girls who were in some weird lesbian triangle (they also gave me multiple notes that were death threats when I didn't wantvto play fucking kiss, marry, kill with them.), and it affected me very badly, I've told the district and trusted (now ex) friends/adults and they did nothing. Recently, at a costume party back in October, I was SA'd by a girl in front of all my (ex) friends, they said nothing til I came back in self defense and threw a bowl of chips at her, then it was my fault, and I was discluded from most things for the rest of the night. Again, that happened infront of my (ex) friends. I haven't told any of my actual friends or family about that incident out of fear, so me coming out to this on literal yelp is probably even worse. Anyways, you girls know who you are. read more

this school is ok but there are some bad and annoying teachers here and the bathrooms are just.......interesting. but this school has a pretty strong commuity and the school gives good lessons on bullying and how to respect all of the people there. The school was also remodeled not the long ago and has really good safty and has cops VERY close by and like to hang out around there and get a good conection. I also have diseleksya and i have lots of troble spelling and ready so my aopolegies! read more

Im a student, and I would rather eat a cat then continue going here. The bullying is so bad, my parents are thinking of transferring me. Plus the food is basically all plastic, at least it tastes like it. I'm not going this to be funny either, I cry when I have to go to school read more

The school says they will do things about you being bullied and get death threats but then claim they did all they can well doing nothing. Unless you get the cops or say you're really going to do something. read more

She is not helpful and she is extremely condescending. She should NOT be the first point of contact. If you need something that office is the last place you want to go to get assistance! I am a grandmother now and have two grandsons who attended White River this year (2013-2014). I have spent about six hours a week volunteering at the elementary school they attend. I am so sorry to see the shape the schools are in. They have administrators who don't know what they are doing. I think the school district is a job hiring program for the superintendent's friends. They get hired in jobs that pay big bucks and they don't know what they are doing. The teachers are teaching to the lowest level in the class, per common core. The classes are crowed. The spending in the district is spent on administration not hiring more teachers to reduce the class size. So sad to see my tax dollars spent this way. My grandsons are going to be home schooled next year.

This school is overall terrible. People selling drugs, bullying is the highest I've ever seen in a school and teachers don't help. The food there sucks and there are multiple people male and female getting sexually harassed in this school, the counselors will even lie to the kids here. I had a friend threaten to get raped here and the VICE Principal was involved. The kid that threatened to rape my friend was suspended for 3 days and the only thing they could say was "We're checking the cameras for evidence" Their staff is terrible and to me, it seems as they pick favorites. The amount of kids running around saying the N-word, being pushed around because their "freaks" and the school hasn't done a thing? They spent all the money on making the school look new and have this fancy tech that they don't have anything left to deal with this shit, kids are overdosing in the bathrooms and classrooms. Please save your kid the harm and DO NOT send them here if you have the choice. Get them as far away from this school as you can. I don't know if you can see but all the good comments are coming in from elders who haven't had to go to this school in their kids shoe or more likely more popular kids who WOULDN'T have issues because their liked in the school by most kids and the teachers. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how bad this school is. People vaping everywhere so many drugs and the staff is horrible. My kid was raped and sexually assaulted everyday and the teachers did nothing to stop it. This happened during gym and the teacher, Ms, Vansickle saw this child touching my kid very inappropriately and she did absolutely nothing. This same child would consistently talk about his package all in front of the teacher who did nothing. This all caused my child to become suicidal and if you have any choice and I mean any don't let your child go here. Put them in online school that will save them so much hell. read more

Oh where shall I begin my awful tale! My, I refuse to give this dungeon 2 or more stars! I found XXS spiderman underwear in the boys bathroom, horrifically horror! It had the stains of monstrositys that bewelled in those trousers.. I shall also bring along the fact I found a love letter between two 7th graders upon the toilet seat of where I set my buttox, the office is FULL of blockheads.
