My mistake for trying to save a few measly dollars. Neighboring units can peek into yours by pushing up ceiling insulation and looking over the walls. Don't use this place, pay the little extra money elsewhere.

Lo and behold, when the gate to get out opened there was a huge ditch from the construction and no way to get out!! I called again and again and kept talking to someone at the Fife location and they said we don't see any movement in the Nalley Valley Office. I had to sit and wait for another car to come through gate and get out that way or i would have been stuck there who knows how long. No one bothered to call me and see if i was ok or to discuss it. Rosa is HORRIBLE. Communication is non-existent at this place and customer service is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

It's amazing how much boxed up stuff we are able to put in this 7.5x10 foot unit. We've made three runs, two with packed truck and trailer, and there is still room for just about all of the rest we need to store. Lean and easy, and the covered unload area is great. Totally recommend.
