After returning them due to headaches it was the wrong prescription. Once returned from being corrected there were nicks on the inside of the frame and on one side of the lenses it was a bit up from what the other side was. When you would spray with the cleaner given to me it got in between the Lense and frame making it drip down my face before it dried in the lenses. After all I decided to get a refund, I paid 309.00 out of pocket yes, I agree with the 40.00 restocking fee charge but the other fees I paid for were not returned to me. Such as the 10.00 co pay, the 35.00 for the optomap, and 60.00 for the contact fit that is 105.00 that was kept by them. I have never heard of not getting refunded those fees restocking fee I understand that part. Very disappointed with the outcome. So after paying 309.00 out of my pocket I only get 164.00 I was excited to come here and it was upsetting. Then I was told I had to call my own insurance to tell them I had returned the glasses and so they can cancel the claim. I did and they were shocked to know that I the customer had to call them. I went into the office and found out the glasses were sitting in the office and the technician had not processed the prescription. The technician waited and called and lied about our glasses. I confronted the technician told I know she never put in the prescriptions. I spoke with the manager to let them know what the technician had done to me and my daughter. The manager said yes I believe you and we will talk with the technician. I asked the manager was the doctor aware of the situation and she said yes the doctor read my review on google. I contacted the office multiple times seeking assistance and clarification about services and coverage. During each call, I remained polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I did not receive clear guidance despite calling several times, and the conversations felt focused only on payment rather than patient care and understanding. As a Medicaid patient, I left these interactions feeling judged and unwelcome. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me feel discouraged about seeking care through your location. No patient should feel uncomfortable or ashamed when trying to access medical services. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed. At minimum, I hope additional training can be provided to ensure all patients are treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism regardless of insurance type or background. DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE…read more Although the eye doctors associated with this particular Pearle Vision are excellent, I highly suggest you take your prescription and go elsewhere to purchase your actual glasses and/or contacts. I previously had purchased my glasses from this Pearle Vision so when I got my eyes examined I went over to the shop to purchases my glasses. For 2 pairs of glasses it was going to be $900. This was for one pair of no line bifocals and one pair of reader glasses. Oh but wait, there's more. I also wanted to change out the lenses in my Maui Jim prescription sunglasses to match my new prescription. $750 just for the lenses and use my current frames. I went ahead and ordered the Maui lenses but decided to shop around for glasses. I happened into Costco that day and did you know they have an eye glass area? I didn't until that day. I got one pair of no line bifocals and one pair of reading glasses for $312. So basically 1/3 of what I would have paid. They don't do the Maui lenses so I was stuck with Perle Vision. Two weeks after I order the Maui lenses I call and ask if they're ready, nope. A month goes by, I call again, are they in yet, nope. This was on May 15th. Every time I get in the car I think, I sure wish I had my sunglasses. Today, June 7th, I call again and the sunglasses are there and they tell me they've been there for over a month! What? They said they had called and left a voicemail on May 3rd and May 28th. No they certainly did not as I have had 2 voicemails on my phone since April 26th and neither was them. I also have their number in my contacts and have had no missed calls from them. So I go to get my glasses and I speak to the manager who is evidently the owner of that store. She's pretty much like, oh well. Then I ask for the name of the district manager and she says she's is the DM and there's no one above her. She ended up giving me $50 off so they only cost me $700 for lenses with a lot of inconvenience. That is the absolute last time they will receive any money from me, ever!

I usually buy my glasses online through Coastal, but decided to go ahead and get them at Target since I was using insurance this time around and had a pretty good frames credit. The lady I worked with was very nice, but I did not appreciate how I was upsold on literally EVERYTHING dealing with the glasses. She did not provide an itemized list but went through the different "features" she had already built into the price, and allowed me to say yes or no. She tacked on a bunch of different things, and gave me the second the most expensive lens option with the excuse that I have a strong prescription (shame on me for not speaking up). The original quoted price was high, and was a little cheaper once I knocked off some of the upsell options, but the price was still 3x what I paid for my last pair of glasses. At the end of it, I felt like I had walked off a seedy car lot. I assume that they work based on commission, but come on. Next time I will stick to an online retailer, where I can get frames for 1/3 of the price and have them delivered straight to my door.
