Went into business to get some things and staff was so friendly and helpful, then went online and purchased some more stuff and unfortunately my things were damaged. I had to stop and give this place some love! I'm a student esthetician and needed supplies for Lash Lift, Lamination, and Lash Extensions and couldn't wait for my online order so I was thrilled to find a physical store local to me(there are few to none for our industry that have physical storefronts). The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable and always take the time to help in any way possible and the shop has everything you could possibly need to ensure the best experience for your client! They also keep it well stocked which is something I really appreciate. I especially love their Lash Lifting kits. The products are high quality and my clients love the results! They offer online ordering with in store pickup, online shopping with shipping, and the physical store has great hours(they open at 8am during the week for supply runs before your shop opens)! I recently got the opportunity to meet with one of the store owners and came to find out they also offer education services for lash extension, lifts, and laminations so I'm looking forward to learning some new skills to help my business grow! Came to glad lash yesterday for the first time. Right when I walked in, I was greeted from Stacie and another gal. Stacie, welcomes me in and asked me what I needed and what I was looking for. I was in need of some lashes for a client just a few hours before my appointment. I was trying to get the right lashes for her. What I had in stock wasn't exactly what she was looking for but I wanted to give Glad Lash a try. I was in a rush because it was close to closing time but it didn't stop the staff from helping me! I wish I could remember her name, but the employee helping me was super helpful! She was very knowledgeable and was very patient with my questions. (When I go back, I'll get her name and update my review) I was very happy with my purchase! The lashes turned out great! I also bought some glue and it worked really well! I literally lash all day everyday! I usually do all my orders online because I barely even have time for myself to even go out anywhere! So in my case I get so busy that sometimes I run out of product, and forget to do my orders, so Glad lash always saves me! I am so grateful for this near by store, because I can always run in between clients! (: I also enjoy going every time Crystal, and Sandra are there, because they're so sweet and funny! There has been So many times I've bought lashes here and have had issues. The reason why I purchase them here is they are around the corner and convenient But no more. The 'salon professional' packs are the worst, they leave a dent on the lashes from the tweezers when you pull them off the strip EVERY time. The glad lash packs are a hit or miss, 50% of the time I get good lashes and 50% of the time once I fan them I can see some of the hairs are wavy or the ends of them tilt to the side. I've actually heard this from other artists as well. I want to love them but they REALLY need to improve their quality read more

This place is amazing! So happy to have a lash supply store local to the valley, they have everything and more you would possibly need! The girls at the front desk were super friendly and extremely helpful- typically I order my supplies online from another company but I'll definitely be coming back here to pickup what I need they are very affordable and always recommend buying in bulk for even better prices! Where do I even start? From the time we walked into that door and walked out I felt extremely welcomed! Stacey was super helpful with everything I was looking for, she was extremely honest with the products I actually needed! She recommended me her top 4 tweezers and gave me a sample of volume lashes to try on! Can you believe she was even teaching me how to fan out with her favorite tweezers! I just started doing eyelashes and I am not very familiar with a lot of the brands of lashes the glues so I found this place through Yelp it's a little hidden but didn't realize that is a warehouse they sell eyelash products the girl that helped me was Tanya she actually did help me a lot she was very patient and very sweet and nice she actually told me that it's a warehouse but since it was my first time and I didn't know that she will take me in so what I did was a check in and they gave me a free keychain that was cool. read more

This is my go to place for lash supplies. I've tried buying online ex. Amazon , I never get the same results with the lashes . Therefore I stick to glad lash . WORST STORE & EMPLOYEES EVER!!! I ordered a pick up order @3pm pulled up to the store @330 and the girl with the silver Toyota, won't answer the phone to open the gate, WHICH BY THE WAY IS ALWAYS FUCKING CLOSED, I called about 10 times which is ridiculous!!!! And got sent to voicemail, once it hit 4pm, I LITERALLY WATCHED AS THE EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE GODDAMN STORE! IM LEFT ROBBED OF MY MONEY & SUPPLIES!!! And this is not the first time! It always happens in the morning as well! It will literally be 1030am and the portal is closed the employees never answer the damn phone, and when someone actually leaves the plaza and I can finally get in, the store and the clerk reek of the smell of marijuana! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lazy Ass Employees!!! I'm left with having to cancel my appointments because this storefront is completely under managed! As far as the lash lift? Well, they looked so bad I couldn't believe it! Lashes were pointing left and right not a perfect directed lash like you see in pictures. One lash was actually sticking right into my eyeball. I kept feeling a scratchy something so I got out my magnifying mirror and it was going under towards my eye. I had to cut it to get relief. My lashes were sparse in one eye and there wasn't really enough to perm. She should have said that I wouldn't get a good result and turn me away. So, I've paid her and the doctor and it's still not gone! Tip: when the first thing they ask you is "have you ever had a lash lift before?" Run because that says you may not know a good job from a bad one.

She does my lashes exactly how I want them and knows what I need for my eye shape. I don't like crazy volume even though she can do that too and I go for the hybrid package. They look great always and I can go like 3 weeks almost without getting a full and she also offers an express fill in case you need a pick me up! She works out of a cute studio area and it's super peaceful and serene and honestly best lashes I've gotten. I used to go to other people before but they just ended up looking fake or I'd always have a problem with the glue or not liking them. I'm surprised she doesn't have 100's of reviews and I would gatekeep but I'll give the girlies my secret. Plus her prices are so reasonable and it's super easy to book with her! Def try her out she's amazing at what she does and literally the sweetest person too!

Those good review abt eyelashes are from those who have never had an eyelashes before. Thats why they said its good. Not saying abt the Price, if you do eyelashes extension you know the price for refill around $40-$100 depend on how many weeks and where u go to. This place charge me $30 for refill ( instead of $20 like ads because they say I have my lashes on so ....!?!?!?!) In order to fill new lashes, they need to remove the old one right ? This place DOES NOTTTTT!!! They basically just add on top of my old lashes. And before asking customer to open eyes, they need to USE FAN TO AIR DRY the glue BEFORE open eye right ? This place asked me open eyes first for them to check if its nice, they continue do , then open , then when they done, they ask me to close eye to FAN AIR !!!! What a crazy thing ! My eye has been watering the whole time already, and the glue is dry now. Why need to ask me close eye for the fan to dry ????!!!!! And in order to remove old lashes, they need special equipment and stuff to make sure your own lash not drop out right ? This Place use hand to pick it out !!!!! So im like NO NO i will let it drop naturally. And they dont even know what is COMB the lashes . They dont even comb the lash, instead they use finger to adjust it. If you do it the right way in order place, final step they will comb your lashes. This place has no idea what is that !!!!!!! Last of all, the bed you lie on doesnt have any thing to cover and change every time each customer lie one. Very Unclean! Your head is lie on the same spot with a few smelly people lie on before ! Think abt it ! If after reading my review you still decide to go to have your lashes refill . Dont forget to post a review later to warn other people

Not only did she direct me to what I was looking for but she taught me a a couple of lash techniques that will help me lash faster and more efficiently. So I went to glad lash today and forgot they were opening up a new store and it's so much better you can see all the retail products right there in front of you , you can actually see the items and pick what you want and apparently I was there very first customer at the new location so they gave me a free hat I've always loved glad lash so I am so happy for them to be able to expand there store ! read more

Happy customer! Products are on display and you can touch them unlike Sinful Lashes which is more of a salon feel and more focused on clients who have an appointment for lashes.
