I came drove here from south LA although there is a lash supply store about 15 minutes from my home. After seeing there store online with pretty aesthetics, and an array of products. I had to come! Went into business to get some things and staff was so friendly and helpful, then went online and purchased some more stuff and unfortunately my things were damaged. Emailed customer service and they were so fast to reply to email and take care of the problem. They even called to make sure that i had gotten the email so that they could take care of me. I had to stop and give this place some love! I'm a student esthetician and needed supplies for Lash Lift, Lamination, and Lash Extensions and couldn't wait for my online order so I was thrilled to find a physical store local to me(there are few to none for our industry that have physical storefronts). The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable and always take the time to help in any way possible and the shop has everything you could possibly need to ensure the best experience for your client! They also keep it well stocked which is something I really appreciate. I especially love their Lash Lifting kits. The products are high quality and my clients love the results! They offer online ordering with in store pickup, online shopping with shipping, and the physical store has great hours(they open at 8am during the week for supply runs before your shop opens)! I recently got the opportunity to meet with one of the store owners and came to find out they also offer education services for lash extension, lifts, and laminations so I'm looking forward to learning some new skills to help my business grow! Came to glad lash yesterday for the first time. Right when I walked in, I was greeted from Stacie and another gal. Stacie, welcomes me in and asked me what I needed and what I was looking for. She was very sweet to help me out with lash questions, and tweezers and answered all my needs. Literally when I walked in the store it was like I was in candy land!!! Great experience!! I was in need of some lashes for a client just a few hours before my appointment. I was trying to get the right lashes for her. What I had in stock wasn't exactly what she was looking for but I wanted to give Glad Lash a try. I was in a rush because it was close to closing time but it didn't stop the staff from helping me! I wish I could remember her name, but the employee helping me was super helpful! She was very knowledgeable and was very patient with my questions. (When I go back, I'll get her name and update my review) I was very happy with my purchase! The lashes turned out great! I also bought some glue and it worked really well! I literally lash all day everyday! I usually do all my orders online because I barely even have time for myself to even go out anywhere! So in my case I get so busy that sometimes I run out of product, and forget to do my orders, so Glad lash always saves me! I am so grateful for this near by store, because I can always run in between clients! (: I also enjoy going every time Crystal, and Sandra are there, because they're so sweet and funny! There has been So many times I've bought lashes here and have had issues. The reason why I purchase them here is they are around the corner and convenient But no more. The 'salon professional' packs are the worst, they leave a dent on the lashes from the tweezers when you pull them off the strip EVERY time. The glad lash packs are a hit or miss, 50% of the time I get good lashes and 50% of the time once I fan them I can see some of the hairs are wavy or the ends of them tilt to the side. I've actually heard this from other artists as well. I want to love them but they REALLY need to improve their quality read more

This place is amazing! So happy to have a lash supply store local to the valley, they have everything and more you would possibly need! The girls at the front desk were super friendly and extremely helpful- typically I order my supplies online from another company but I'll definitely be coming back here to pickup what I need they are very affordable and always recommend buying in bulk for even better prices! Where do I even start? From the time we walked into that door and walked out I felt extremely welcomed! Stacey was super helpful with everything I was looking for, she was extremely honest with the products I actually needed! She recommended me her top 4 tweezers and gave me a sample of volume lashes to try on! Can you believe she was even teaching me how to fan out with her favorite tweezers! I just started doing eyelashes and I am not very familiar with a lot of the brands of lashes the glues so I found this place through Yelp it's a little hidden but didn't realize that is a warehouse they sell eyelash products the girl that helped me was Tanya she actually did help me a lot she was very patient and very sweet and nice she actually told me that it's a warehouse but since it was my first time and I didn't know that she will take me in so what I did was a check in and they gave me a free keychain that was cool. read more

WORST STORE & EMPLOYEES EVER!!! I ordered a pick up order @3pm pulled up to the store @330 and the girl with the silver Toyota, won't answer the phone to open the gate, WHICH BY THE WAY IS ALWAYS FUCKING CLOSED, I called about 10 times which is ridiculous!!!! And got sent to voicemail, once it hit 4pm, I LITERALLY WATCHED AS THE EMPLOYEE LEAVES THE GODDAMN STORE! IM LEFT ROBBED OF MY MONEY & SUPPLIES!!! And this is not the first time! It always happens in the morning as well! It will literally be 1030am and the portal is closed the employees never answer the damn phone, and when someone actually leaves the plaza and I can finally get in, the store and the clerk reek of the smell of marijuana! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lazy Ass Employees!!! I'm left with having to cancel my appointments because this storefront is completely under managed! Bonus, she also used brown lash dye which is a game changer. I am fair skinned and my lashes are really fair, most places only have blue/black dye which I don't mind but they don't look natural. Chinh had brown dye and fully supported me requesting she use it. Believe it or not, I have been to places before that would not use brown dye on my lashes. I was super eager to try lash extensions and Chinh was kind enough to do a trial test of a few lashes with me. They looked amazing, but we both agreed that the lash lift would be the better fit for what I needed. However, I want to go back next week to get some lash extensions lol. The whole process too less than an hour and a half. I parked in the TJ Maxx/TJ lot as they have 90 min free parking. My advice is if you call Chinh and don't get an answer, keep calling and following up. She is a busy woman, but will answer eventually.

Do yourself a favor and book your appointment. Before Jenny, I had gone to about 7 different lash technicians. All the nightmares you read about, I experienced. Significant natural lash damage/loss. Reactions to poor quality glue or lashes being glued directly to the eyelid. Painful fills. The works. I had almost given up on getting lash extensions. It just wasn't worth it anymore. I never got the look I wanted and they never lasted more than a week at a time. It took months for my lashes to grow back after I finally had them removed and they were so weak and brittle, I couldn't even really wear mascara. So I did exactly what you're doing now. Read through hundreds of reviews for hundreds of businesses. Somehow, I landed on Jenny. I was extremely anxious when I went in. I had lash PTSD! Within five minutes into the appointment, I was completely at ease. She is so knowledgeable, its crazy. She was able to explain how lashing works, what causes it to be painful or irritating, how to avoid damaging your natural lashes, etc. My lashes came out wonderfully and I have been a faithful client ever since. That was over 2 years ago now. My natural lashes are still growing, healthy and strong. She always gives me exactly the look I'm going for and gives me tips and tricks for keeping my lashes clean.
