My sister wanted to shop for K beauty, but did not want to drive to K-Town from the Valley. I was excited to see that this beauty shop had K beauty supplies so we decided to visit. Upon entrance, we saw the threading salon service on the left as well as a big section of press-on nails on the right. They carry some beauty brands, such as NYX, Moira, and Beauty Collections. They also carry the most popular Korean skincare brands, such as Anua and Medicube. We were hoping for more K beauty brands, such as TirTir or Skintific. They have a huge collection of eyelashes, and a smaller collection of hair products, and hair dyes. I was able to buy my Adore semi permanent hair color here for about the same price as what I purchased it for on Amazon. Prices overall are reasonable. My sister decided to get her eyebrows threaded and she loved how they turned out despite how surprisingly painful it was. She will probably come here to get her eyebrows cleaned every time she comes to visit me. read more

My wife and I stopped by this Start Beauty yesterday because she wanted some beauty products. We found parking easily in the front and came an hour before they close. The lady working was very nice and knowledgeable on the products, I think her name was Maddie. They didn't have the item my wife was looking for but she got something else. They have a lot of products inside and also do some services for women. My wife asked about their specials and also wanted to do her eyebrows. They also have specials on certain days and the deals seem reasonable. They charge a small fee here if you pay by credit card so just be aware. read more

I've been going to this location for a long time for eyebrow threading ($10), and they never disappoint. Itasha is the best! She is incredibly kind, precise, and gentle, especially when working on the bottom of the eyebrows. On top of that, she's very quick, which I really appreciate. such an amazing place to get your eyebrows threaded! i never really needed brow mapping and shaping, so it's perfect to go for a cleanup. the price is unbeatable-- i got a stamp card where you can get your eyebrows done 7 times for only $55! on top of the good pricing, they're so quick. i get in and out in less than 15 minutes. the actual shop is filled with great stuff! from korean skincare to viral tiktok makeup, i spent over an hour with my friend looking around once. the plaza is pretty big, but be careful because i noticed this specific parking lot sucks and attracts the worst drivers! read more

Went in today and got a cleanup with Asha and I didn't have time to throughly check it after in the mirror till I got to my next destination. I still love this place though! But for future reference always double check Asha and the younger woman's ( not the one in my previous review) work when they are done to make sure they did everything correctly. read more

A cheap place to get your eye brows done. Come in, write your name on their clipboard and sit and wait for your name to be called or walk around the store and browse at the beauty products they have. Expect to give cash tip into their jars. I also like to purchase flase eye lashes here since they have pretty good deals even if they are not a name brand. read more

Went in for the first time ever to get my brows threaded (I've only waxed and plucked them in the past). Miss Asha did the service and was so kind, even though my face was probably oily enough to grease a pan and I had no idea how to stretch my brows until she showed me. Prices are very reasonable and she had my brows cleaned up in 10 minutes, max. The store itself also has a wide variety of beauty products and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Terrible experience. I showed up at this place 5 minutes before their posted closing time, only to be told they were "already closed." The staff didn't even bother to apologize, just told me I could come back tomorrow -- as if it was no big deal that I had just driven 30 miles to get there. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I won't be coming back, and they've lost a customer for good. If you value your time and want reliable service, look elsewhere. read more
