The place is always busy, as I drive by it regularly, but the thought of going away from my Mitsubishi dealer service was somewhat daunting; now, I can only imagine how much money I would have saved if only I'd gone there for service years ago. Andrew Burrows, the owner, and his team are great people to work with. Their service is impeccable with an honesty - they actually try to save you money on repairs! - that's a rarity in today's world of hustle and bustle. They service all makes and models of cars, utes - almost whatever you drive - with a quick turnaround time and labour costs that won't break the bank! They also handle Safety Certificates - got one for a Honda Accord I recently sold - and also sell batteries, ice and even BBQ gas. However, go there for the automotive service. You'll be a convert if you own a car.

I took it to various service centres (including official ones for my make of car) and none could solve the issue, let alone identify it. Kat's did and went well out of the way to. They had the experience, dedication and the technology to diagnose and resolve the issue. Other services since have always been informative and their communication is clear and precise. They even tracked down a spare part for me from a wreckers (other centres didn't even try and only recommend new parts). Can't fault them at all! Price: Very reasonable. Location: Parking on premises but also has ample on-street parking. Also reasonably close to the city but definitely not walking distance. Other: If you end up servicing your car here and it works out well for you mention my name to them and refer them to others. I believe we'll both get discounts for future services. After a lot of thorough research, calls and emails, I managed to find out that Ian Boettcher Volkswagon had a silver polo that had docked on the 29th October and was due into the dealership soon. I managed to get a hold of this car (very very lucky) and was able to pick it up about 2 weeks later! I had Gambia and HE'S AWESOME. So so lovely and dedicated to his job. He's not pushy at all and just an all around general good man. I would so recommend him and I'd definitely go back here and buy a future vehicle/ recommend them. Even though I'm from the Northside of Brisbane I would travel the distance to have their quality service. I've been to a few VW dealerships in Brisbane and they've all been pretty pushy and irritating (one which we walked out of). All of the people that work here are friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed giving them my life savings :P Top quality service. Top quality cars. Top quality people. Definitely give them a shot.
