I honestly just wanted him to finish so that I can be on my way. I was staring at my car sitting in the stall not doing anything and wondered why I was still there. Another car that came in later was finished first. I told him that I heard and understood what he said. After all that she finally tells me the dmv is requesting a smog check for my car in order to process the registration, I was a bit surprised since my car is pretty new but I took her word for it since she's the one that should know better. I get a smog the following day and head to the dmv and they tell me I DIDN'T NEED A SMOG CHECK! I literally wasted money. SMH Never going back there.

They clearly told me that the date of the next payment is 07/14. Closer to this date I wanted to pay, they tell me that my insurance has been canceled, I will have to pay another $ 250. When asked why the insurance was canceled, they said that you did not pay the next payment on 06/26. When I showed them their words that you yourself indicated the payment date to me, they stopped answering me. Ignored for 10 days or more. I wrote a complaint about them to the California Department of Insurance Fraud. In the pre-trial stage, they did not want to correct their mistake in any way. Never contact this broker!!! They only cheat. I have all the evidence of their dishonest and illegal work!
