I had contacted the store the day prior to inquire about holiday hours. Per the person on the phone, they informed me that they would be open during a certain time. As a result, I made a half hour commute since I had that confirmation from the store employee :). To my surprise, though, I found the store completely closed with no one inside the property. I understand that things do happen. My only wish now is that if the store was going to end up staying closed, they would have voiced that with me when on the phone. :( On the plus side, the employee on the phone did seem very nice and genuine. :) read more

Stopped by for a 6 PM fingerprinting appointment and Eric was incredibly fast and helpful! He assisted me right away, and I was in and out in under ten minutes. I needed this done for a new employer, and he made the process quick and easy. Eric is very kind and made sure all my prints were perfectly clear. This place should be rated zero star if not negative 5!!! I took my daughter there for a passport photo service, the person (I think is also the business owner) who took the photo pointed his fat fingers on my daughter and said "don't smile!" So fxcking rude! And then he explained that the passport photo requires no smiling. I told him "my daughter already stopped smiling", and he turned his head around and yelled at me "what's your attitude?" Hello, I am your customer! I am not your wife waiting for your $ go home pay for the rent, be professional. If you started the conversation with "please..." who is gonna be upset? Plus, which mom can't be annoyed if someone pointing his/her finger at her kid??? What is more stupid later is that, I requested two excha photos with PAY, and he refused it! WTF??!! He said US passport photo has to be recent 6 months, you can not have two extra photos. how do you know I will use the photo for US passport?? Are you the god??? I think this place can only serve a smiling happy customer who can amuse the business owner. Service was quick, fast, and I walked out with everything I needed in under 1 hour. I bought a new car recently and waited for a few weeks but didn't see my license plate or registration in the mail yet. Then I realized that the address was put in incorrectly by the dealership (somehow I did not catch it either). Thus, I never received my license plate and registration in the mail... One quick appointment with this business owner later and I walked out with everything I needed without having to deal with and wait at the DMV. One stop is often overused but this place is not lying. I've been here 4 times and every time I left with what I needed. The atmosphere is super chill. Just because this is not a suit and tie place does not mean this place is not professional.
