Okay...AMAZING! I have been following Brittany on insta for years now (who hasn't!) and was so excited to check out her new space ~Glam Society~. It is LOVELY! This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. The women who work here are also so fun and truly like each other, which just creates a bubbly fun environment. Brittany is a master of what she does. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. We chatted about procedures and services to try for my wedding and I never felt like I was listening to a sales pitch, it felt like chatting with a friend. If you are thinking about Micro Blading or Lip Blush, look no further!!!! Brittany is so amazing, and promise you're in good hands! I wanted to freshen up my look, and discovered Glam Seattle. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. One part of aging that surprised me was the gradual draining of all color from my lips! At 42 I realized that my lips looked more white than red--and that's when I had my first permanent lip makeup procedure. That was 26 years ago and I still think it was the best beauty decision I've ever made. I needed another touch up at age 59 and once again, I was happy with the results and this time had been prepared for the pain (anything to look better, right?). Well, I'm now 68 and just had the BEST LIP PROCEDURE of all, thanks to Brittany! First, let's just say that I kept waiting in vain to feel some pain or discomfort. The numbing cream that she continuously applied was miraculous. (Even afterwards, I only needed one Ibruprofen). I had blocked out the whole "recovery" week on my calendar, remembering how crusty, brown and disgusting my lips had looked the previous two times, but I didn't need to hide them even one day! It's now been 4 days and they have healed and settled into the most beautiful color I've ever had. Brittany is an enthusiastic, delightful, extremely skilled young woman who loves her work. I came in to see Brittany after realizing my brows needed some serious work. I was nervous about getting microblading done but Brittany explained everything to me and made me feel really comfortable. She mapped out my brows and let me check them to make sure I liked how they were shaped. She showed me the color she blended for me and made sure I was ok with the color as well. I could tell she cared a lot about sanitation and the salon was seriously spotless. The pain was minimal!!! I got my brows done 3 weeks ago so this is an early post and I will post again once I get my touch up! But here is why my rating is a 5 star rating: Brittany at GLAM Seattle did an AMAZING job! Not only was it a nearly painless experience but my brows are KILLIN it now! I wasn't totally sold on the idea of getting my brows done because mine were decent before but I decided it was worth it to save me the time I took daily to fill them in.. so I went for it. ......and now I'm wondering why it took me so long to do it!! I had been worried about the pain too but Brittany does great with talking you through everything she is doing and before you know it you are numb and don't even notice! They look full, they look perfectly proportionate to my face and I never knew they could look this good. Haha! I am so obsessed with Glam and I love Brittany! I have never had any kind of tattoos or cosmetic work done in the past but I was interested in lip blushing for a while. When I came across Glam, I made a consult with Brittany for a Lip Blush service and I am so happy I did!! Brittany mapped out my lips perfectly during the consult and she explained to me in details of the entire experience, healing process, and results. I was nervous about the pain but Brittany reassured me that after becoming numb I wouldn't feel the blushing. That was absolutely true!! I took a nap during my appointment haha!!
