I am privileged to have been lashed by May TWICE now! Her work is AMAZING. She's very gentle when she tapes your eyes. My prior lash artist (not from here) taped my eyes in an odd way to where I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time I was getting lashed. May's technique is extremely meticulous. My lashes are extremely full, feels lightweight, and feels as if I don't have extensions on. The materials she uses is of extreme high quality. My prior experience (again not here) my lash extensions felt very heavy. You can tell she's an expert and does amazing work. She fully dedicates her time to your appointment. The first time she lashed me, it lasted about 6 weeks. My second set has had no lash fallout yet and it has been over a week already. I highly recommend her for your lash extension needs. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I feel there needs to be some light to this situation. I have seen May many times. Normally very happy except for the heaviness of the .07 extension thickness she uses which damages the natural lash. I messaged her a couple weeks prior to my appointment asking if she had a certain glue, she responded and said she has worked with it before but will order it. Mind you I didn't ask for it as other places offer this glue. Fast forward to after my appointment, same day, lashes started falling off left and right. By Monday, all of the lashes had completely fallen off. I messaged her and let her know. She states she contacted a few women she used the same glue on to see if they had any issues. Remember that as this a key point later. She offers a "redo" but I declined as I was furious and never had issues like this with anyone and multiple other lash techs told me it was technique and not the first time they heard complaints. I asked for a refund. Now get this. She stated she would give me half refund because of my specific glue request. No I did not request it. I asked if she had it AND seems like she used it on multiple people before she used it on me. So why am I paying for this glue? After her Messaging me that, she blocked me! Blocked me! I should have listened to the others. So unprofessional and shotty work. read more

She knows how full and long I love them and I always leave with luscious lashes.
