I wasn't quite sure what to expect or if it would be worth it, but oh boy it was! My lashes came out so well. I've been blessed with nice eyelashes, but never had curl nor have I ever been motivated enough to use an eyelash curler. They look so great now and I feel like they look like I'm wearing fake eyelashes! I've put mascara on and can't even put as much on anymore or they look too long (like touch my eyebrow long!). I started out using Olivia a couple years ago, getting lash lifts because I prefer a more natural look. After seeing Olivia for a while, she told me that if I wanted to try extensions out she could make them look very natural. I started out with a very simple classic set, and I fell in love. I'm now obsessed, and have occasionally branch into a mixed fill for special occasions, but I do just love the natural look of the classic extensions she creates. She works with my eye shape and I'm constantly getting compliments from friends and strangers alike. I also religiously wash my lashes with the soap she recommends and I have amazing retention. What a fantastic, relaxing experience! I booked a mixed full set of lashes with Olivia and I could not be happier with her work. She is fast, efficient and absolutely lovely to talk to. I have been going to Olivia for over 3 years now and have never been disappointed! The Lash Room where she is located is super cozy and cute. I almost always fall asleep during my lash appointment because Olivia is super gentle and J am so comfortable! She has a heated table, nice foam topper, blankets (pre-Covid, now you bring your own), and relaxing music. She is super honest about your lashes and will never do anything to harm them. I have very few and very weak lashes, she have been helping me grow them stronger and only puts lashes on my strong ones as to not ruin my natural lashes. My lashes always look so full but natural! It doesn't look like i got fake lashes, but that I actually have beautiful lashes(which I totally do not). Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to use Olivia's services.  I scheduled an appointment but the day before my son and I woke up with respiratory issues and a sore throat. It was a Sunday and we both did telehealth appointments and got COVID tests but were told by our Dr not to leave our home until our tests were returned. I notified Olivia of our illness 24 hours before our appointment and told her I would not make it for both her safety and to follow the direction of my Dr. Olivia still charged me the FULL price for a full set of lashes and did not respond to my request to try to work out another option. I offered to pay a reschedule fee and to reschedule but she did not respond. Paying $215 for a service I did not receive and could not receive due to a pending COVID test is not very customer friendly. I fully want to support her small business and did my best to give her as much notice as possible but she did not show any desire to work with me to find an alternate solution. I've always wanted to get eyelash extensions but always stayed away just because of all the bad extensions that I had seen in the past on people. I've known Olivia personally for a long time and saw that she had just started her business on Instagram, and I thought "well I'll just try it out once because I know her and see what I think." OH MY GOODNESS, I was astonished by how trulyyy amazing they looked! I got the mixed extensions and was afraid that it might be "too much" or possibly over power my eye, sort of giving it that "bug" look that maybe you'll see on other people who get them done, but that's not what they looked like AT ALL. She's very clean and orderly which I think is good to look for in a lash artist because you don't want someone half heartedly putting them on, it will show. She's also very easy to be around which makes coming back so nice, you can fall asleep and she won't mind or even talk to her which she's apt to as well which makes going back a good experience each time.
