Susan explained the entire process and took her time measuring and marking my brows. She gave me a couple of brow shape options and I picked the one I liked most. She used the pictures I had sent for her review and her customized brows were just as beautiful as the ones I would spend 30-40 minutes drawing. The environment and clinic bed were both comfortable and the music selection was pleasant during my appointment. She maintained touch points with me to ensure I was comfortable and to see if I needed a break. I was so comfortable I took a little nap. Once she was done, the brows were beautiful. The healing process was awesome for me. I followed her instructions and used the at home care products as she instructed. I went back for my 6 week touch-up appointment. I thought it was only going to be 30 minutes because to me the brows were perfect. Susan is such a perfectionist that she took as much time as the initial appointment adjusting the color and filling in where it was needed. I didn't think my brows could look any better but Susan outdid herself once again. I had immediate compliments after my initial appointment and the same response happened after my touch-up appointment. I'm beyond satisfied with the outstanding work performed by Susan. Initially, when I reached to Jazmine to do my sister's makeup for her upcoming wedding, she was great. Her responsiveness was extremely quick, she was detail-oriented, and reasonably priced. So, imagine my surprise when I found out that Jazmine told my sister she double/overbooked the weekend of her wedding (we booked her for two days). Jazmine proceeded to tell my sister that she could come later and do her makeup at 3PM; keeping in mind, the wedding starts at 5PM (not including the time that it would take to arrive at the venue and do the first look.) When my sister informed Jazmine that those times would not work and requested a refund, Jazmine quite literally ghosted her and since has not returned the money. It has been a complete 180 from the Jazmine that I experienced in the beginning; it almost feels as if we had been lured into a scam. And to top it off, coming here to see that the most recent review of Jazmine says that she missed doing makeup for a bride to attend a dentist appointment, that was the same excuse she gave my sister this week when my sister was trying to get a hold of her. So, be weary, Jazmine is 100% more likely to prioritize going to and being on time for the dentist than showing up to do your makeup.

Kimberly, first of all, is just awesome. Someone with whom you'd want to be friends. She's real, funny, and totally puts you at ease. Kimberly's time at Entebello and since then now on her own (she does a lot of weddings and loves to, and does them for high-to-low but definitely works with the best wedding planners and event places so if you're in the market, check her out), she is delicate and careful with the "palettes" she creates on your face. I NEVER have my makeup done (I don't think I've had it done since my wedding in 2002, by Aric Castleberry, who's no longer in Atlanta but whom I grew to love and trust completely, and with whom Kimberly is a colleague) but I felt so pretty today!! Yes, it got hot and sweaty, but she fixed me up as needed, and I even went home for a quick nap before my event tonight - and my eyeliner was still perfectly in place after. Love her!
