She told me it would be better to wax my upper lip rather than thread, I told her that was fine. In the middle of our session another woman walked in. She said she was looking to get her chin, eyebrows, and upper lip threaded. She did not ask her if she had an appointment. She immediately sat her in the chair next to me and finished the woman before coming back to me. She provided no aloe or compress for my upper lip, and the worst part was my EYEBROWS!!! They were huge, unnatural looking, and completely too dark. I gasped when she held up the mirror. I told her I looked scary. She told me some people like them thick.... I told her that I like fullness, but this wasn't even the shape of my brows and again it was way too dark. She said fine and took some solution and attempted to make them thinner.
