Months ago, I called to reschedule my appointment that was booked for the next day only to be told they would charge me even for rescheduling. How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. I would not be returning and have found more customer friendly environment. I found a better spa on Preston Rd and they definitely allow RESCHEDULES FOC within 24hrs.

The two receiptionist with horrid skin complexions toppled off with excessive clown make up and lashes, found no harm discussing each patient , tbey deemed as ," fat ," and ugly." As they continued to mock and giggled, making fun of those they found less than perfect, made it hard to stay and proceed with my visit. Nevertheless, I persevered and remained dotted patiently, past my App't time, to assess provider's competence. This fail short shortly after I met the provider, who was less than equipped with knowledge and competence. This facility's staff was not only nehligent with violating HIPPA , sharing info loudly enough , for me and my driver to hear , as the two girls in the front continued to laugh and carry on like two hackling hyenas. What's even more bizarre, is that when you book for a consultation that's complimentary, they insist on a credit card , prior to even setting foot inside the facility. This is another red Flagg you should be on the lookout for. Nevertheless, upon waiting, while OutOf the waiting room, I noticed this facility uses , cheap, tools/ materials made by " wet and wild! " For those of you who aren't aware of the drug store inexpensive , non hypoallergenic, non eco friendly , NON- cruelty free , cheap cosmetic pens used for markings, Wet & wild is not a brand that any top plastic surgeon or better yet Medicsl facility's utilize. I found this so humerons, i added my finding , remarkable to film. And if that's not bad enough, I filmed revealing the entire horror of a shameful visit, so to share with my 4.17 million subscribers or anyone who wanted proof of my findings and review. Plastic surgery facilities are a specialty that needs competence, precision and a regulated and abided HIPPA IN TWRMS SND GUIDELINES- which this Southlake, TX LOCATION VIOLATED. Beware. I went with the Daxxify (I normally get Botox twice a year), and I absolutely love the way it turned out. Michelle was able to achieve the same results with 48 units of Daxxify as when other injectors overcharge me for 72 units of Botox. Insane. She was very professional, cautious, and thorough. My face looks and feels amazing. No weird side effects. The last injector I went to gave me ptosis so I had a wonky eye for a few months. Very upsetting. The new renovations are very nice and the salon looks very spacious and comfortable. Upon arriving the workers ask if you'd like a drink or some coffee. The place can be pretty pricey, but so far this is the only place that understands what I want, and what would look good with my face shape.
