She left residue on my eyelid (last photo) that i noticed after i left. Came back in to have her remove whatever was left over and i still ended up getting a bad reaction that caused me to have swollen and red eyelids. Second appointment (book Jackie this time hoping for a different outcome) i tell her what happened last time, she assures me she will be more careful. I did not get residue left over or a bad reaction, but my lashes are now super over processed, damaged, and brittle. They are so thin and sparse now I'm devastated. (This did not happen the first time) It was a noticeable difference. The brow lamination also caused my brows to feel very dry. Other than ... I noticed the hair she plucked out !! Why would she take a giant chunk of hair from the inner corner of my brow ?? It was not like that before my appointment and it was immediately like that after. Maybe she didn't pluck but something happened. I don't understand... anyway. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
