I came to Natasha's class for her Brilliant Lips training in March and I am blown away. She has so much knowledge and really wants to give her students all she has to offer. So thankful to have discovered Natasha, the best permanent makeup artist around! I actually had an appointment with a large company of permanent makeup artists. I ended up cancelling because something just wasn't sitting well with me. So thankful to have done that because I gave myself time to do more research. Be patient, take your time, do your research after all, it's YOUR FACE we're talking about! No time to rush just because it may be a "good deal". After cancelling my appointment I discovered Natasha's IG account, beautydreamsla. I followed her for about a year and absolutely loved what I was seeing. Not only the before and after pictures but pictures of healed work (very important)! It can be easy to look great right after the procedure but the end result is what's important. I knew I had found an artist I could trust. Booked my appointment for my eyebrows, which I had struggled with for years. No matter what I tried, I just couldn't get them to look fuller. I would also avoid getting my face wet when going to the pool, beach or the river. I was always afraid I would wipe them off when I was out and about. Finally met Natasha in person and she worked her magic! She was so nice and really took her time. We talked about the look I was trying to achieve. ***Updated review*** First of all I really felt really uncomfortable writing this Natasha, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience. At first it was 5 star review, even though I did recognize some personality flaws of Natasha when I initially saw her for my eyebrows. Tried giving her a few more chances because maybe she was having a bad day or it was a communication barrier, but enough is enough! First let's be positive PROS: Confident, focused, hard working. CONS: all below are CONSISTENT 1. FULL OF ATTITUDE! When I first saw Natasha she just talks down to you. Those who have seen her will understand. It happens when you ask questions or state what kind of look you're going for. Obviously I was putting my trust in her because I don't do this work for a living so when I asked certain questions about the shape she became rude. Then when she did the shape and started working they looked strange so I asked her to do more to make them even. She literally rolled her eyes and said "you approved the shape." She then proceeded to add more. In the end I came back for the touchup and the fronts of my brows were different shapes. She did a third touchup for free to fix them and they match now. My most recent and last time dealing with Natasha was for my lips. I had the initial appointment and touchup. This last time was a third touch up, which she did for free on my upper lip on the Cupid's bow. I will say it was nice of her to do it without charge. Thank you. BUT --I can't keep seeing you, you're not sweet or genuine. You always are angry and my most recent visit when your assistant made the mistake in your schedule and ended up making you late by double booking you with me and some other client, that doesn't give you the OK to tell me "I'm not going to talk to you, I'm angry." Professionals don't do that. I don't do that when I run behind with my clients. I keep being nice to them because it's not their problem. I don't let outside forces affect my attitude at work. You need to work on that because it's a bad habit. Every time I've seen you you complain about somebody. It's just not appropriate. 2. DEFENSIVE and RUDE! --If you ask a question watch out, quick to snap and makes faces, especially with her eyes --when you ask about your brows or whatever service you have she's quick to come back with a response to defend herself rather than taking responsibility for anything 3. COMPLAINS ABOUT HER OTHER CLIENTS EVERY VISIT --unprofessional It only makes you look bad. I can't keep paying someone like this. 4. DISAPPOINTING You need to learn to respect your clients. At first I thought it was a communication barrier, but you're just plain rude. I was going to tell you this in person to your face the other day, but I didn't want to make you look bad in front of your next client. At least I have a little more respect than you. Especially since you gave me a ton of attitude for wanting two ointments and literally grabbing it out of my hand and telling me no! Yeah, you were right I didn't need two. I just didn't think about it since you only did a small area. I just got use to getting two so I thought I needed it. I've been going to Natasha for a while now for microblading, and I just tried the lip blush for the first time. I absolutely love the results. First off, walking in, I felt so comfortable with Natasha. Shes super sweet and professional and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Before starting the procedure, she did a consultation and asked me questions about shape and color preferences. She showed me examples of shape and color options from her portfolio, which was very helpful. This was the first time I tried this procedure, so I was nervous. However, Natasha was so sweet and welcoming and I am so glad I went for it. After the consultation, Natasha drew the shape with a pencil and made sure that I liked the way it looked. Then, she numbed my lips. After 20 minutes, she started the procedure. I was impressed by how clean and sanitary everything was. The needles were packaged individually and were very organized and clean. The procedure overall took abour 1.5 hours. It was not painful; she has a very light hand, and my usually sensitive skin didnt feel much at all. Overall, I love the results. As a result of my research, I was confident I was coming to the best of the best (although still scared because I've never let anything permanent happen to me except my ears being pierced & my mom did that when I was an infant)! To the commenter who said Natasha (AKA Natalia) has a personality flaw, you're the only one with a personality flaw if you cannot see that what she REALLY HAS is a language barrier that she apologizes for repetitively!
