I've never had a lash poke me in the eye from her. I've also never been accidentally poked or anything like that from Justine. Just amazing quality every time. Sometimes the lashes last soooo long that I wonder how that could possibly be good for business lol, but she is a sweetheart and always doing the best for her clients. When I got there and showed the last tech how I wanted my Lashes she seemed to have an attitude about the style, length & lash mapping I wanted. Then she says that I could only have a classic set with the offer. I showed her the ad that I responded to which states any style. She went and spoke with another lash tech & when she came back she told me that she would honor it, but only work on my lashes for one hour. typically it takes two hours to do a full set of Lashes so I asked her how long do you normally take to do a set? She replied from 1 1/2 -2 hours. So basically I'd be getting a subpar service. I found that to be completely unacceptable and considered to be a bait and switch, which is illegal. I can't believe she even offered that to me smh literally made no sense. I think special deal or not that they would want to do their very best work on every client. The whole point of the ad is to bring new customers in. Why would I ever come back if you didn't do a good job to begin with. I would never choose Lash pilot again first and foremost they lie in their ads, the staff at that location were very rude and they did not give me a refund for my deposit. People these days are so quick to ask for a deposit to make an appointment, but they are real slow to give you your money back when they don't honor their end of the bargain. Also, it was a very big waste of my time. I have an event that I need to go to this evening and now I'm screwed because they wasted my time and didn't follow through with what they advertised. Skip Lash pilot and go somewhere else. Also, I was there for a good 20 minutes before I was even greeted. The service was gonna begin late.

This was my first time getting lash extensions and my eyes look beautiful! I am so incredibly pleased with the result since my lashes are light and pretty much invisible without mascara. The extensions look very natural but longer and darker than my barely there lashes and they are completely comfortable, unlike the false eyelash strips that you glue on. For all you ladies that are not sure about getting them done... get it done its so worth it!!! Great place~ highly recommend. The salon is clean and relaxing. I have had lash extensions done in the past, and I have loved them (especially these one-to-one lashes) I love the process of laying down (perfect for day where you feel like you need a break) and then getting up to a more naturally beautiful lash-do. They are a perfect mini- do for the price conscious customer. Right now I'm on a budget and what's cool Is that if you get the demo and love them, you can change your mind, get a full set and she will deduct the $50 off for getting the demo first. Awesome! She has a little room in her home where she does all appointments. Oh, she also has four little pups that are in the room, too. So if you're allergic to dogs/don't like dogs, FYI. I told Chou Chou that I wanted something natural. I'm Asian so I can't have lashes that scream I HAVE EYELASH EXTENSIONS! She spent about an hour and a half on my lashes. Trusting her to do her thing, I just laid there until the whole process was over. When she handed me the mirror, I was shocked. Of course I internalized my reaction, but I was NOT expecting what I saw. It was the opposite of natural, and the way she applied the glue made it look like I had eyeliner on. I told her they looked really dramatic, but maybe I reacted so strongly because 1) I had never had extensions before and 2) I just needed to adjust to them. I paid $75 as a first time client with a $20 discount. As I got home and stared in the mirror, I knew it wasn't what I wanted. I did an AI search and Lashes by Shigeru came up and I saw they offered the Japanese hybrid "airlashes" which sounded appealing. The lashes back in the day always felt heavy. I made the appointment by text and got a prompt response. They requested some pictures of the look I wanted. Parking is available underground with a code, as well as on the street. The space is clean and bright. I had a brief consultation with Shigeru, so he could get a better idea of what I wanted. I appreciated the additional clarifying questions. The application process was relaxing, with soothing music playing in the background. I caught myself almost snoring, it was so relaxing, lol. Shigeru was meticulous, as I could tell by how he would adjust my lashes. The finished look was just what I wanted - make my eyes look bigger, like I was wearing mascara, but not full glam and overdone. And the best was that I couldn't even feel the lashes - they were so light. Highly recommend Shigeru and the hybrid lashes!
