Zarah herself did the procedure for me. It took us almost four hours to get the job done. She was very patient and meticulous with the process to make sure that I'll be happy with the outcome. She made me very happy because she did my eyebrows the way I wanted it, not too thick and not too dark for others not to be able to recognize me. I went through the entire process without a need for numbing cream. I felt fine and as a matter of fact, I fell asleep. That's how light Zahra's hands are. In case you won't be able to handle it, a numbing cream is readily available. The salon is very bright and clean. There's a clean restroom at the end of the hall shared with other tenants. There's private parking free for two hours and a flat rate fee of $5 if you exceed the two hours. Aside from Zahra, I also got to meet Yaren and Ayjan. Very nice ladies who made sure my visit was a pleasant. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I instantly felt I'm in good hands. I highly recommend this place. Marisa is a true artist! I'm very pleased of the final outcome. I was very skeptical of getting anything done to my face especially I've seen so many bad works out there. She took the time to answer all the questions that I had prior to booking the appointment with her. On the day of the appointment, she took her time to measure out my face with different tools to make sure they are symmetrical and I got to look at them and approve them before she started doing the procedure. I have very little pain tolerant so I asked to be numbed first so the process was not too bad. As for the result, I was so amazed by how natural and realistic my new brows were. I couldn't stop looking at them. My boyfriend loves that I don't have to keep running to fix my brows first thing in the morning anymore. I got so many compliments from random people all the time. And the follow up appointment was not as long. I didn't need much for the touchup as my skin took the pigment very well. Over all it was a very pleasant experience with Marisa. I've seen Marisa a few times now and she's always so sweet, super detail-oriented, and makes you feel really comfortable the whole time. I never felt fully satisfied with them and would still end up using brow makeup to correct them ( which defeats the purpose of getting your brows microbladed and/or tattooed ). My lash girl had her brows done by Ally so I decided to get a consultation with her after my lashes. Ally was a perfectionist and you knew she knew what she was doing within 15 mins of her drawing on my potential brows. I literally made my appt that day and put down a deposit. Flash forward to the day of our ombré brows procedure and Ally spent maybe 30-45 mins drawing on my brows until it was PERFECT. She's knowledgeable of her service and craft, she's funny, she's cool and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Yes, she used numbing cream and there was only slight discomfort in the beginning when she had to break the skin to get the numbing cream to absorb into the skin. I absolutely LOVE my brows. I repeat, LOVE MY BROWS. I came back recently after quarantine for my touchup and I healed in about a week. I'm asian with minimal brows and now I wake up to a full arch and brows that look like I already have makeup on.

Not only is a perfectionist, he just has a really good energy around him (you always want someone with good energy to work on you). He numbed me perfectly. The level pain wasn't even a "1" and I have the worse pain tolerance known to man. Afterwards Jonathan gave me all the aftercare info and confirmed I understood everything. I have a follow up in 2-3 months. I've told so many people and they all will be booking an apt. soon. I can't thank Jonathan enough! Did Anthony do a great job and took his time mapping and them out? Yes. The total amount of time I was there was two hours . The results weren't above and beyond enough to justify paying extra. They faded just as normally as any other nano/microblading I've had done, and they look just as good as the work I've gotten from other artists who charge half the price. He does a good and is a nice guy but not worth paying that much more for when you can get the same level of results elsewhere for less.
