A very well put together store and staff. The employees were respectful of my specifications of how I wanted my eyebrows done and were gentle with the process. I'm picky, so I just told them how I liked my eyebrows and they showed me how it was done, step by step. Honestly, my eyebrows have never looked better! They have a tinting powder that they sell there too. I wanted to try it out before I reviewed, and I'm happy to announce that it lasts long and gives my eyebrows that extra pop that it needs. So far, I have only been to Maliyah and Massuda (and they have never disappointed). I'm very happy with the service and with the final product. I believe this place is very pricey. Also the ladies do not know how to communicate. I was next in line and no one called me to tell me they were ready. This was my first time here and I saw that the ladies use the same thread on everyone...gross. They also speak another language in front of you so it seems like they talk about their customers. read more

Kim is great! She talks with you and explains everything she will be doing before she starts working and also asks you how you would like your eyebrows to be done!
