The cleaners were set to arrive between 8-9 am, they arrived at 9:25. Immediately upon entering our home, they were talking very poorly about us in Spanish, and it was clear they did not want to be there. They went into 1 bathroom and 30 minutes later I received a text from the owner stating they were being told to leave the home due to a "biohazard" condition. I asked what that meant and I was told there were cat and mice feces, and mosquitoes which meant they could not clean. I told her that that was absolutely untrue. She stated they had sent her photos, I asked to see the photos. She told me she would be done with the conversation and to take care. I am so disappointed and considering this company intentionally work with this charity to help people like myself going through cancer treatment, just to be treated so poorly. I have made a recommendation to Cleaning for a Reason to no longer work with them.

We scheduled a cleaning service for Friday April 7th, as of which Yensy confirmed via text on Wednesday April 5th. Friday comes and Yensy is a no show, initially we feared the worse as this was very out of character for Yensy to not communicate a change in scheduled service. After my wife called and texted multiple times with no answer, we now know we have been ghosted. How unprofessional and very rude to just no show for a schedule service. We will now be looking else where for service and urge others to read this review before deciding to choose this company for cleaning services.
